This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2026 **What do you like best about MobiClocks?** We use Mobiclocks for clocking in and out at both our job sites and our offices, using the Kiosk app, the Personal app, and the Admin app. Facial recognition is essential for us because it verifies that the right person is clocking in and has practically eliminated buddy punching. Geofencing also gives us confidence that employees are physically on site when they clock in. The configuration options are excellent and very flexible. We can set defaults at the company level and then override them for specific jobs or even individual employees, which matches how construction projects actually run. For a construction company, the Certifications module has been a standout feature as well. Superintendents in the field can quickly confirm who is trained and certified to operate specific equipment, right from the job site. **What do you dislike about MobiClocks?** The only limitation we’ve run into so far is that MobiClocks doesn’t currently provide an API for accessing our cloud data. Since we rely heavily on internal reporting and data integration, having direct API access would make it much easier to connect our time data with our other systems and BI tools. Other than that, the platform has met our needs very well. **What problems is MobiClocks solving and how is that benefiting you?** MobiClocks provides us with accurate, verified time data from every job site and office location. Facial recognition and geofencing help ensure the hours we record reflect real people working in the right place, which has improved payroll accuracy and accountability. The workflow built into the system fits our process extremely well: superintendents can cost code and review hours in the field before they reach our team, so by the time we run payroll, the data is already validated. It also helps us support our subcontractors by providing the time reports they need. The Certifications module strengthens safety and compliance by making training records visible to superintendents right where decisions are made. Beyond the product itself, the MobiClocks team has been a true partner, supporting us with additional development to integrate with Spitfire and with custom reports that reinforce our internal management. ### 2. They’re consistently improving the UI/UX experience, expanding their integration partners, and providing real-time support when we need it. We’ve tested many timekeeping software options, and MobiClocks surpasses them all. **What do you dislike about MobiClocks?** The employee tracking portion needs some work. It is not as clean as I would like to see it. **What problems is MobiClocks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using MobiClocks, we struggled with ghost employees and inaccurate labor tracking. After implementing it, we began saving hundreds of thousands of dollars. We now have accurate documentation and payroll hours that are verified by an actual person, rather than relying on paper timesheets, buddy punching, or faulty, unreliable equipment. ### 3. We’ve had a very good experience with the system overall, and the support team has been great as well. **What problems is MobiClocks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timecard discrepancies have been pretty much eliminated, and with a dispersed workforce, Mobiclocks has also made it much easier for us to track our manpower. ### 4. For example, if I am viewing an employee's data and I want to view the next one, I have to get out of the first employee to select the next one **What problems is MobiClocks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees being able to clock in and out from the job site instead of using timesheets and then having to go in and manually input each employee's time ### 5.
