We use Mobiclocks for clocking in and out at both our job sites and our offices, using the Kiosk app, the Personal app, and the Admin app. Facial recognition is essential for us because it verifies that the right person is clocking in and has practically eliminated buddy punching. Geofencing also gives us confidence that employees are physically on site when they clock in. The configuration options are excellent and very flexible. We can set defaults at the company level and then override them for specific jobs or even individual employees, which matches how construction projects actually run. For a construction company, the Certifications module has been a standout feature as well. Superintendents in the field can quickly confirm who is trained and certified to operate specific equipment, right from the job site.
