I love what MLO Shift has done with the Active Campaign platform. Automated marketing. Easy to use drag and drop pipeline. Zapier connection to almost any app. It has revolutionized our mortgage biz.
What do you dislike?
There are some pains in setting it up but the biggest problem I'm facing now is I keep wanting to improve it and make it better. It's such a good system that you can always keep tweaking and improving! There are some small caveats but they are very minor.

Get in the door early because they frequently lock down and stop taking on new users to focus on the support and sustainable growth.
