**What do you like best about MJ Platform?**

It seemed to solve all of our problems. It looked slick, feature rich and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about MJ Platform?**

Endless bugs that were never fixed. We couldn't use the platform whenever upgrades were pushed, sometimes we lost an entire  day. Shocking customer service, no support at all. The inventory management module never worked.

**What problems is MJ Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits. We refused to pay and we moved to another, more reliable platform.

**What do you like best about MJ Platform?**

It is pretty good at linking accounts across different stores as well as storing and sorting inventory.

**What do you dislike about MJ Platform?**

There were numerous times when the entire software would crash and not allow users to engage with it. This not only caused frustration, but often resulted in customers leaving.

**What problems is MJ Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has a pretty good approach

It basically does what you need it to do to be state compliant.

It's incredibly buggy and unpredictable.
