What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?

The Trakstar platform has improved the organization of our evaluation processes. We've seen a substantial increase in on-time completion of reviews, and stakeholders have all expressed satisfaction with the platform. Customer support is very responsive. What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?

The downside to a highly customizable platform is that there are so many options. It can be a bit overwhelming as you try to navigate the many settings and options to tailor the solution to your organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Trakstar, we had been using a Google Form to submit peer reviews and self-assessments. The output came in an Excel file, which was difficult for managers to use. The Trakstar reviews are nicely organized with the questions, the employee's rating, and peer ratings neatly organized and easy to digest. What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?

I like how Mitratech Perform simplifies the evaluation process. I can customize review forms so employees only fill out what’s necessary, choose the objectives that matter to us, and set our own rating scales. I can quickly prepare forms using its criteria, notify employees about what they need to complete, and track the whole process from an administrator dashboard. I can tailor the process to our needs, which works well for our small company because it isn’t overly complex. It was also very easy to add employees, set the process dates, and customize the forms. What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?

I struggled to add an employee in the middle of a review process. It seemed to automatically put them in the next review cycle, so we had to create an ad-hoc review. What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?

Perform still lacks any real integration, which has caused an increased workload from our team to manage an application that does not have the basic functionality to update all fields by API or SFTP upload. The new UI has also made Mitratech less appealing and less functional for admins and end users.

Although simple to use when performing reviews, our a group of our executive managers have elected not to use Mitratech Perform as they do not like the interface, cannot trust the system to ensure uploaded documents are not seen by other individuals (including admins), and do not like the interface of having to click the correct tab to do a review. We enjoy the 360-review process. Employee performance reviews are thorough when you utilize the manager review, employee review, and peer review features. We value how customizable the Perform platform is. We did a full revamp of our reviews, which was a big undertaking, but using the Perform program made it manageable. There are a few missing features in Trakstar that I’d like to see addressed, especially around reporting. For example, I would like a report that shows all 360 requests in one place.
