I like the ability to upload multiple rubrics to evaluate different teams under one umbrella. The 360 degree feedback option is also nice and offers an easy way to involve multiple raters. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** I find the employee side of the experience extremely lacking. It's complicated to find your scores for recent appraisals. It's also difficult to make the feedback actionable. The performance review can be created to align with job descriptions. The review is specific to an employee's actual position. It is also great for our employees and managers to be able to add notes about accomplishments throughout the year and have them populate in to the employee review. The system sends reminders and status notifications to the employees and managers. I no longer have to manually track employee performance review dates.
