The captures are speedy, crisp and interactive resulting in no downtime whatsoever. We’ve also had a good experience with our end users, since the interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I'm looking forward to the AI experience. **What do you dislike about MirrorWeb?** I’d prefer to see the capture schedule directly within the interface, rather than having to request it, so I can clearly understand when we’re able to delete content on the live sites. **What problems is MirrorWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data retention is managed in a way that allows our end users to reference older content when needed. Since our site visitors sometimes request information of a historical nature, it’s important that this content remains accessible. ### 2. The portal provides a streamline interface to track all of the required seeds. Seeds are additionally helpful linked through to the relevant JIRA pages for QA on your side, with a team of professionals offering to investigate to any potential problems you might encounter. Scheduled catch ups are a possibility and are useful for getting down to the root of more complex issues. **What problems is MirrorWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?** MirrorWeb are providing a complete archival solution for our organisation's web estate.
