The onboarding and renewal experience has been solid, with helpful reps who advocate for your cause and work with you to meet your budget. The captures are speedy, crisp and interactive resulting in no downtime whatsoever. We’ve also had a good experience with our end users, since the interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I’d prefer to see the capture schedule directly within the interface, rather than having to request it, so I can clearly understand when we’re able to delete content on the live sites. Data retention is managed in a way that allows our end users to reference older content when needed. The portal provides a streamline interface to track all of the required seeds. Seeds are additionally helpful linked through to the relevant JIRA pages for QA on your side, with a team of professionals offering to investigate to any potential problems you might encounter. The offer a pre-crawl cycle consultation to determine the seeds to be captured, provide post-crawl QA and endeavour to solve further issues discovered on our end through an ongoing dialogue on individual JIRA pages.
