I like the fact that I can see my wfh and holiday requests. Very useful to be able to check if the coleagues are on holidays or wfh. It is nice to be able to give and receive Kudos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mirro? It does not sync the wfh Calendar with our Google Calendar and that is really adding a lot of work for everyone in the team. I plan my meetings for large groups. It was a bit of a struggle to get used to one more tool. I still find it not very welcoming to be able to give Kudos and would like to be able to also give anonymous and confidential Kudos. Would also like to be able to track my extra hours and the hours when I left earlier than my schedule and I still need to recover them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I like that Mirro is very intuitive and easy to use. From the very first time I used it, I found it easy to navigate the menus and buttons and to find the section I was looking for.
