I have encountered real constraints regarding the creation and sharing of boards, especially depending on the size of the structures that use it. Navigating through the structures, among the different teams and departments, is very complicated. Honestly, I sometimes have to ask for help to create and share boards with certain entities in my organization. Right now to me the templates are a little bit ugly, and I tend to use the same few simple shapes and icons for my tasks. I'd also love to have better theming of objects. The mouse wheel changing between zooming and scrolling can be a bit annoying too. A large board can take anywhere from 1-3GB of RAM, so you might need a decent machine for complex boards. I like Miro's PlantUML diagram feature the most. I use it a lot because I can quickly create clear diagrams from simple text. It helps me plan system architecture, workflows and project designs without spending time drawing everything manually. Yes, I think Miro is worth the price, especially if you work with a team. One thing I dislike is that PlantUML diagrams cannot be edited after they are created. If I want to make changes, I have to save the PlantUML code somewhere else and then edit that code and generate the diagram again instead of editing the diagram directly. Miro helps my team collaborate in one shared workspace where everyone can see ideas, diagrams, and designs in real time. This makes it much easier to discuss system architecture and project planning. What do you dislike about Miro? that PDF pages reset if you leave the miro and come back, it doesnt reduce the pdf file so it tend to freeze. with this reason we make multiple boards for same project, ended up getting confused. Also there are a lot of time we draw linework and sketches on top of the attached images, but most of the time the linework tend to be connected to adjacent shapes or notes which is super annoying Also not having the bullet points mode on text could be inconvenient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I use Miro every day at work for almost all of my user research work activities, from planning to running tests, analysing feedback and now I can even present research findings to stakeholders. Miro makes collaborating with my colleagues via the boards really smooth and easy. I'm not sure what I'd do without it now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Miro? I think the only downside is that sometimes when working as a team we end up with so much on a board that it is a little slow to load. Getting feedback from stakeholders remotely is now easy. Working collaboratively with colleagues. Carrying out co-design workshops.
