It enables me to create beautiful and presentable e-mail newsletters in a short time and manage social media promotion. **What do you dislike about Minutemailer?** I am unable to send follow-up messages and sequences based on subscribers’ activity or organize my audience by sending them relevant messages. This hampers my ability to gamify the user journey and therefore possibly bump up engagement rates. **What problems is Minutemailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Minutemailer helps us to organise our marketing by managing emails and social media platforms in one place.
