I appreciate that Mintsoft is fairly user-friendly and doesn't really require onboarding. It's very straightforward and quite intuitive, so there's not much you wouldn't be able to figure out how to do immediately. I very much value being able to see historic stock reports, which have been very useful a number of times. The ability to put notes on orders with specific requests is also pretty handy. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward, as it's a very user-friendly platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love the way it has previously had errors integrating with Shopify. It's seamless 99% of the time, but there's the 1% when it's not. I also don't love that there's no way to have two places of fulfillment that both use Mintsoft be connected to one Shopify website. That can be quite annoying because you could have a few fulfillment locations, but if they all use Mintsoft, you cannot have them both be connected to one Shopify website in a straightforward way.
