What do you like best about Mintlify?

I like that I can still use my docs as code system that I'm used to, but with more functionality. I like using the command line to view docs locally before I create a PR. Price is reasonable and support is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mintlify?

docs.json is a little cumbersome to use, but there is also the option of using the Mintlify editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mintlify?

It’s incredibly easy to use, with a beautiful out-of-the-box design. The MCP server is especially useful, and I really appreciate how reliable the Git synchronization is. I’ve been able to keep my old workflow for the most part, which is a big plus and a real differentiator compared to other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mintlify?

AI credits are easily the worst part about Mintlify. They really do not go far, even for mid-sized organizations. It’s too bad, because we’re not able to take full advantage of all the platform’s features without paying additional money. I do think this affects Mintlify’s value proposition, as its features, even when paying Enterprise pricing, are locked behind a paywall.

A minor thing, too, is I wish there were more detailed logs when the build on the Mintlify dashboard fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
