Customer support is very fast, usually responding the same day. The web editor is helpful because it lets my non-technical colleagues contribute to the documentation without friction. I also really like the metrics—especially the AI assistant logs—since they help me spot gaps in our documentation. The team is also responsive when it comes to adding new features to the platform. GitLab integration took a while to get up and running. After the first year, there was a drastic price hike, although they were willing to negotiate.
