**What do you like best about MindSession?**

I love that it can have so many super important components for the professional psychologist, and that it also presents an integration for patients to be active in their own processes. Its design is intuitive and innovative, it's super user-friendly to navigate. It's fluid and makes the professional feel comfortable navigating. The support is super comprehensive, it's very directive to accompany and resolve any doubts. The subscriptions are very accessible, and they create that closeness between the acquirer and the professionalism sought.

**What do you dislike about MindSession?**

There are some sections, such as the incorporation of AI, that could be favorable, as well as linking it with the internal revenue service to facilitate the issuance of receipts. In general, I like how the page is designed.

**What problems is MindSession solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient scheduling, task tracking, appointment cancellation, public profile, in general, it solves all administrative and care processes on a single platform.
