If there are problems you have to deal with Mimecast support; they are usually pretty good, but recently their response time has been poor. This also links into directory groups stored within Mimecast's backend configuration which isn't very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the that they dont change characters along the series, it really helps users to educate so they dont have to work on that. Very easily conveyable language is used in all videos.

I dislike the amount of questions asked at the end of video. It shouldn't be just one. There should be atleast three.

And there should be clear explanation of why is a certain answer wrong and why is that correct. There should be a percentage shown of answers relate to user's answers. Where do I begin? The customer service was lacking to non-existent. Reporting was very limited to pre-defined filters that offered no granularity. Lastly, there isn't any LDAP integration so SSO was out of the question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The videos are very informative and keep the user engaged with humour. All users are scored which will report to the IT admin to review, ask for remediation and allow for intervention/further training if a user is considered risky to an organisation.
