We are using Milestone Xprotect Corporate version. The UI makes Xprotect stand out as an easy-to-use product compared to other VMS tools available in the market. I really appreciate how good the tech support for XProtect is. We had some technical issues and their team helped us work through them efficiently. The dashboard is another highlight; it's very user-friendly and enables multiple users to access the cameras they need without being overwhelmed by events. The scalability of the Xprotect architecture is what has allowed our security operation to grow from a handful of cameras to a enterprise wide deployment without replacing any of the foundational infrastructure we built on initially. Adding new sites and camera feeds into an existing installation is straightforward enough that our facilities team handles routine expansions independently without pulling in specialist integrators for every change.
