Mileage Calendar Reviews & Product Details

MileageCalendar turns the appointments already in your calendar into organised business mileage records. Instead of relying on continuous GPS tracking or expecting you to remember every journey manually, MileageCalendar connects with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook to help turn work appointments into mileage records. When an appointment contains a location, MileageCalendar can use it to calculate the journey distance and help create an accurate record of your business travel. This makes it particularly useful for people who regularly travel to customers, clients, properties, appointments or different work locations. Key features include: • Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook integration • Automatic mileage calculations from calendar appointments • Mileage Planner for planning business journeys • Multiple-stop journey support • Online appointment booking • Business mileage records and reports • Expense management • Custom mileage rates • Support for miles and kilometres • Country-specific mileage settings • Xero and QuickBooks integration MileageCalendar is designed for sole traders, tradespeople, consultants, cleaners, property professionals, mobile workers and other businesses where travelling to appointments is part of the working day. The main idea behind MileageCalendar is simple: if your work appointments are already in your calendar, you shouldn't have to record the same information again just to calculate your mileage. MileageCalendar brings appointments, journeys and mileage reporting together in one place, helping users spend less time maintaining mileage records and reducing the chance of forgetting legitimate business journeys.
