Also, once you join the meeting, it tells others that you've entered it. The chat feature of the room is excellent and versatile. Plus, if one is in an existing meeting and wants to add another person, you can search for them in the room and call them in! Also, you can share audio when you're sharing your screen. This makes it easier to share video content with others and it can be done on the same screen where you choose which screen you wish to share. Unlike other platforms where you need to search for it on the settings sections - which can lead to some troubleshotting or technical difficulties if the user is not tech-savvy. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Room?** We have several forms and automation that require approvals; the activity section can get a bit rowdy. Also, the activity section sends notifications over even if teams is closed. Before the pandemic, we would not use teams since we were in the office and within reach. Since we moved to a working from home, teams really helped in keeping us connected and productive from home with our team members. We can now provide trainings virtually for our staff. In the past we will hold trainings at HQ and not everyone can attend since we are using teams 100%. There is no excuse not to attend and not to mention that we record for later use to our staff. I like that I can show my PowerPoint presentation without having to share my screen so I could see all my attendees. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Room?** When I share my screen, I can not see the chat so when I am hosting an training. I have to stop to see the chat. I can not paste something that I copied from my computer to another when I take control of the person who is sharing. I have to send it in the chat and then I can copy from there. I really do hate the together mode that makes everyone look like they are sitting at a concert. I HATE IT. NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. In the past we will not hold many because we hold trainings in person. Since the pandemic we have started to host trainings weekly. Editing Excel and Word docs in Teams is a pain: they should just automatically open in the desktop Office apps.
