slightly difficult to understand at start but then very easy to implement.
Having used the platform extensively, this reviewer finds the chat room feature and scheduling capabilities highly useful for connecting with colleagues and managing interviews. The initial navigation was challenging, requiring training to fully utilize the system.

Admin Center dependency of features on the basis of plan is something I feel they should ease more premium features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is most helpful is I can manage and create M365 Teams Groups. Many upside to Teams Admin Centre - Managed teams certified devices, manage meetings, manage phone numbers, calls, messages and their policies. It provides lots of information about the user machine, ISP, hardware peripherals, which help in troubleshooting. Its centralized repository of MS Teams meetings (including Teams devices and users) is a one-place solution. It provides better information when integrated with Power BI, which is customizable and provides you information according to your requirement. It helps in isolating the actual problem by past meeting stats, which include Packet loss, Latency, RTT, and many other parameters, making this a great tool. Logging into MS TAC is very challenging. It takes multiple stages and 10-15 mins to get into the Admin center from scratch. UI can be improved. Customer support response can be improved.
