Many upside to Teams Admin Centre - Managed teams certified devices, manage meetings, manage phone numbers, calls, messages and their policies. There is also a lot of reports you have access too including call quality etc. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Advance Admin Center?** There are so many features within the Teams Admin Centre that it can be overwhelming. Can be bery sluggish and sometimes unresponsive. **What problems is Microsoft Teams Advance Admin Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since the pandemic, many people work from home, MS Teams admin centre is is a great way to be able to manage user permissions, manage meetings and policies, and manage calls etc. I managed a team of 19, and MS Teams Admin helps me monitor, and get reports on many things such as call quality, dropped calls etc. The goal is for our remote workers to be able to feel like they are here in the office, and the reports and managing policies has been a huge benifit. ### 4. It takes multiple stages and 10-15 mins to get into the Admin center from scratch. UI can be Improved.
