The best thing about Microsoft Priva is its automation and workflow features which allow for excellent handling of data requests efficiently while saving our time. We faced quite a few challenges, both basic and advanced, during the implementation phase and it was time-consuming as well. Another drawback is that there are limitations to the level of customisation and there isn't much flexibility. Finally, it is very resource consuming which further added to our costs.
