Another thing I like about it is the early detection of potential data privacy issues that may arise like data transfers or hoarding. This ensures that our workflow is smoothly operating at all times. Another good feature of Priva are the very valuable insights provided about the storage and movement of data which allows us to analyse our current privacy situation and look for areas of improvement ensuring the data is handled securely and seamlessly at all times. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Priva?** We faced quite a few challenges, both basic and advanced, during the implementation phase and it was time-consuming as well. Another drawback is that there are limitations to the level of customisation and there isn't much flexibility. Finally, it is very resource consuming which further added to our costs. **What problems is Microsoft Priva solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft Priva has helped us profusely in overcoming data privacy management challenges. Priva firstly helped us by enhancing the management of DSARs efficiently and effectively while eliminating a lot of manual work. It automated these processes which resulted in timely and accurate responses to requests. Secondly, it has helped us with risk identification and compliance monitoring protecting our sensitive information and hence enhancing our reputation and trustworthiness. Lastly, it gives a lot of insights and visibility into the storage and movement of data which allows us to identify the risks and eliminate them. In this regard, Inbuild Privacy Management is the best for Microsoft 365. I've always been a Microsoft user and more so when we start our corporate journey because every single day, we save tons of MBs of data. And now I feel it pretty safe with this Privacy Management data. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Priva?** As is always the cost of the overall Microsoft office package is a bit higher but it is not specific to the Privacy Management in office 365. I feel there could be more functionality and visual aspects to the tool to track the private attributes that a user would like to validate once a weekly basis/ fortnightly basis. And Report on the privacy management at a predefined ( user-chosen) cadence would be a great way ahead for the tool **What problems is Microsoft Priva solving and how is that benefiting you?** At an overall usage rate, i can see the privacy risk and the risk behavior trend which might cause an issue in terms of data privacy. As most of the employees use Microsoft products, it will amplify the usage for these users in terms of sound security. A lot of content can be automated through privacy operations Privacy Management triggers some data signals across the Microsoft 365 software tools to deliver the right actionable insights that allow privacy administrators to automate privacy policies.
