"Automate with Ease, But Debugging Needs Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I use Microsoft Power Automate primarily for work in the IT field to automate operational processes and reduce repetitive manual tasks. It helps me reduce manual tasks, avoid human errors, and integrate systems that do not communicate with each other. Additionally, it resolves issues of operational inefficiency and lack of process standardization. I appreciate the ease with which I can create even complex automations without having to develop advanced codes. I greatly appreciate the native integration with the Microsoft ecosystem and the wide availability of connectors to link different systems together. The initial setup was quite easy thanks to the user-friendliness and the help from specialized people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Debugging and logging are not always detailed. Additionally, the performance and stability of some flows sometimes fail without error messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Reliable No-Code Workflows with Microsoft Power Automate"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I like most about Microsoft Power Automate is how quickly I can turn repetitive business processes into reliable, trackable workflows with minimal code, especially when connecting data across spreadsheets, approvals, and notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I dislike is that debugging can be frustrating when a flow fails silently or gives generic errors, and performance can become inconsistent as flows grow more complex or depend on multiple connectors and permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Tasks Effortlessly with Powerful API Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

It can automate a lot of tasks and connect with many software tools via APIs. You can connect with your email account, onedrive, or even sharepoint to automate based on files stored there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Not much to dislike, but there should be more help with custom expressions. Sometimes it's difficult to find the correct formula for expressions and solutions online are a bit hard to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Workflow Automation with Powerful Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I like best about Microsoft Power Automate is its seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, which makes connecting to apps like Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel effortless. The interface is simple and intuitive, Where I can build and implement workflows with ease without needing to be a developer.

I also like and appreciate the wide range of connectors to third-party apps, which adds flexibility to my workflows. Customer Support has been helpful whenever I had questions, the documentation and the community forums make it easy to find solutions. I use Microsoft Power Automate frequently to automate repetitive tasks, like sending notifications, refreshing the excel file when the file gets updated, syncing data between systems.

This saved me lot of time, reduced manual errors, and improved overall productivity in my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

While Microsoft Power Automate is powerful, but there are few things that I dislike. Complex workflows can be difficult and troubles a lot. Debugging the errors often takes time because the error messages aren't clear always.

For some advanced features we need to pay for premium connectors, this can increase costs and difficult for small teams. And when handling large datasets and complex workflows the performance gets slowdown and sometimes the workflows get into troubleshoot.

And building highly customized automations is difficult than expected, even though the basic flows are easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Automation Tool with a Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I really like Microsoft Power Automate because it makes automating repetitive tasks simple and efficient. Its ease of use is great for beginners, and the templates make implementation quick. I use it frequently since it saves a lot of time, and it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 apps and many third-party services. It’s also feature-rich, offering everything from simple workflows to advanced AI-powered automations. The customer support, through documentation and community forums, is helpful when I need guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

On the downside, Power Automate can get complicated when building advanced flows, and troubleshooting errors can be frustrating since messages aren’t always clear. Some of the most useful features are only available in paid plans, which can limit what you can do on the free version. Multi-app integrations can be tricky to debug, and flows sometimes fail if there’s an internet disruption. Overall, while it’s powerful, there’s a noticeable learning curve and occasional limitations that can slow things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Workflows with Robust Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I like Microsoft Power Automate because of its ease of integration with existing Microsoft tools and enterprise systems. It allows me to quickly build scalable workflows without heavy development, which means I can standardize processes across multiple teams. The ease of integration allows me to connect engineering, quality, and operations systems without complex development or IT dependency, making it very valuable for automating internal workflows and approval processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

One area that could be improved is handling very complex workflows with multiple conditional branches. That can become hard to manage. I think performance can be slower when processing large volumes of data. So I think faster execution and better error handling would make it even more valuable. "Time-Saving Automation with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I like using Microsoft Power Automate for automation, particularly the cloud version. It saves me loads of time by automating my day-to-day reports and emails. With sometimes getting 300 emails a day, it helps a lot by going through them and getting my ISBNs. I also appreciate how it opens my Excel files and refreshes power queries, streamlining those tasks for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

If there is a Windows update, then in the morning a lot of failed flows. The initial setup was not so easy, had to spend some time, but later it got easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Automation with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I love using Microsoft Power Automate because it significantly enhances productivity and efficiency by automating complex tasks in a seamless way. The ability to create flows with a simple, no-code user interface is particularly beneficial, allowing for easy construction of automation processes without requiring technical expertise. I appreciate the vast variety of triggers and actions available, which cater to diverse automation needs and simplify multi-stage business processes. The new interface is fantastic for handling errors and exceptions easily, and it efficiently maintains parallel actions within a single trigger. The initial setup of Microsoft Power Automate was extremely easy, making the transition into using the tool smooth and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I find the formula language in Microsoft Power Automate quite complex, particularly when dealing with advanced expressions. It doesn't exactly follow the syntax of familiar languages like Python, Excel, DAX, or JavaScript, which adds a learning curve. Additionally, if a trigger fails, alerts are not immediately sent, which hampers timely resolution of issues. Furthermore, the Copilot integration could be improved for better functionality and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for saving time on daily tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I really like how it connects perfectly with Outlook and Excel. It saves me a lot of time because I can automate simple tasks, like saving email attachments to my OneDrive, without writing any code. Also, the best part is the ready-to-use templates. You don't need to be a programmer to start. You just pick a template, connect your accounts, and it works immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Sometimes the error messages are very hard to understand. When a flow fails, it is difficult to find exactly what went wrong if you are not an expert so i need to search expert solutions in Google. Moreover, i don't like the fact that numerous features require Premium subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Task Automation with Microsoft Power Automate"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I find Microsoft Power Automate very useful for automating tasks, helping me with data analysis projects, and connecting files seamlessly. It's very easy to use, with a straightforward interface that doesn't require coding skills to set up triggers or perform automations. I think the best thing about it is how it simplifies automation, allowing my colleagues with little to no coding knowledge to set it up easily. The initial setup is particularly easy, especially when specifying the apps you're using, which is great because it makes it accessible to everyone on my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

The last time, one of the issues I had was emails. Trying to incorporate it with my Power BI to work on a specific column and help triggers emails to that column. I actually had issues there because I have to start a course on that so I could do it. So I think it should be more pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
