"User-Friendly with Powerful Automation Tools"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I use Microsoft Power Automate to automate day-to-day repeatable tasks that are too tedious to do manually. It really helps with automation and process management. I like that the UI is user-friendly, easy to use, and features a drag-and-drop interface. Plus, it has an advanced coding space which is quite beneficial. It's quick to get started and makes it easy to accomplish complex tasks. The initial setup is quick as a user, and I appreciate the integrations and connectors it provides. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Error messages are not that helpful. Also reusability is often an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Daily Tasks with Seamless Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I like that Microsoft Power Automate saves my time at work by eliminating manual tasks. I started with simple automations and then built more complex workflows. I use it primarily to streamline and automate repetitive processes daily, connecting different tools like Outlook, Excel, and Teams. It helps me solve automating notifications, approvals, task assignments, and data collection. I build flows that trigger alerts, create tasks, and update records automatically. An example of what I mean is a flow that triggers when a new onboarding request is submitted through a form, sending an approval request, creating a task in Planner, and notifying IT via Teams. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I find error handling and troubleshooting challenging when using Microsoft Power Automate. Sometimes, when a flow fails, the error message isn't clear. I often have to figure out exactly what went wrong manually. It would be helpful if the error messages were clearer and more actionable, providing specific information on what failed in a user-friendly way, not just notifying me of connection failures. "Intuitive and Stable, Perfect Integration with the Microsoft Suite"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I really like Microsoft Power Automate because it is not necessary to write code to perform complex actions. It is an intuitive platform and follows Microsoft's logic, which means that those who are already used to using Microsoft products do not find it difficult to adapt. Furthermore, it integrates well with other Microsoft tools, ensuring security in access and simplifying the management of permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

AI assistance could be more powerful and specific because sometimes it gets lost or confused about errors in the flow. It could be improved with more updates and enhancements. Additionally, conditionals can make flows more rigid, forcing adaptation to the predetermined logic rather than allowing more flexibility, as a programmer might do when writing code. "Power Automate as a problem solver"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I appreciate most about Power Automate is its new design and improved connectivity. The updated user interface makes it much easier to add blocks for connections and use them in a more intuitive way. I also value the Flow Checker, which alerts users to errors—this is an extremely helpful feature. In addition, the Flow Run viewer provides clear insights that make troubleshooting and monitoring much easier. The implementation of flows and their seamless integration with Power Apps have been especially beneficial, as I use Power Automate frequently alongside Power Apps. Finally, the customer support and the Microsoft community are both exceptionally helpful and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I believe the AI implementation in Power Automate is very helpful. If a user encounters an error, it would be even more beneficial if the system could suggest appropriate AI tools or automatically recommend the required components. Integrating Power Apps with Copilot would make the experience even more seamless and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Processes, Uneasy Debugging"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I love that Microsoft Power Automate is a tool that makes my job easier and accurate. I particularly value the automated workflows, approval flows, and integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel. These features enable seamless data capture, document routing, and real-time notifications, which significantly reduce manual intervention and processing delays. As a Business Analyst, they help me streamline onboarding, feedback collection, and operational reporting while ensuring consistency and auditability across processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

While Microsoft Power Automate is highly effective for streamlining workflows, I believe that debugging complex flows and handling errors can sometimes be challenging, especially when multiple integrations are involved. Enhancements in error diagnostics, monitoring transparency, and more flexible pricing for advanced connectors would further improve the overall user experience. "Empowers Automation without a Developer"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I like how Microsoft Power Automate feels like having a personal assistant for my digital life, helping me reclaim time from tedious administrative tasks. I appreciate being able to set up complex workflows, such as automatically routing document approvals or syncing data between apps, without needing a computer science degree. The main problem it solves for me is the drain of low-value, repetitive tasks, like manually downloading email attachments and re-uploading them to SharePoint, which I can now automate. What I like most is how it democratizes automation, allowing people without a coding background to create functional workflows. This shift in power lets me solve daily bottlenecks directly, without relying on the IT department. Also, using Microsoft Power Automate to bridge my Microsoft 365 apps with third-party tools like Slack and Salesforce works great. I found the initial setup easy and didn’t encounter any issues. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

One significant thing is the licensing maze. It's often difficult to tell which features are included in the standard plan. Instead of a binary Standard and Premium split, Microsoft could introduce a Mid-Tier for common third-party tools to make automation more affordable for small businesses. "Revolutionized Project Communication and KPI Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I genuinely appreciate how Microsoft Power Automate changed the way our team managed project communications. I built flows connected with Microsoft Lists to automatically trigger email notifications whenever key project milestones were updated, like go-live dates and links to result dashboards. This eliminated manual follow-ups and delays. We also used it with Power BI to automatically keep CAPEX and OPEX values updated across financial dashboards, which saved significant time and improved communication quality. Microsoft Power Automate is powerful yet accessible without a technical background. I highly recommend it for any team managing project and stakeholder updates. The integration with other Microsoft resources like Excel, Power BI, Lists, and PowerApps is a major plus, allowing seamless operations. Setting it up is very intuitive, especially if you're already familiar with other Office tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

My only problem was the error messages when a flow fails are often vague or hard to diagnose, for example with users without technical background. You know something broke and spend time trying to solve and figuring out exactly why can take a lot of trial and error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Integration and Automation Tool with Minor Limitations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I really appreciate how Microsoft Power Automate integrates seamlessly within the Microsoft ecosystem. I can work with forms and Excel, integrate it with Outlook to send emails and do a lot of other tasks. It's also great for connecting with AI chatbots to carry out certain tasks. The deep integration into the enterprise systems like Teams and email, and the fact that daily work can be integrated smoothly, makes the data streaming and connectivity incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I think that there's a limitation of each account. We had to deal with a massive flow of requests per second and the total number of requests allowed. We had to split the flow into two or three separate accounts to avoid getting throttled or hitting the limit of requests for emails sent. Even though we bought the enterprise package, the limitations were still there. More detail on the limit and flexibility in the threshold for many actions could be very helpful. "Effortless Automation with Extensive Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I love the low code aspect of Microsoft Power Automate. It makes developing multiple tools in a day feel like drawing a hut on paper because of its simplicity. The best part is its integration and availability of connectors with numerous applications, like SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams, Slack, Salesforce, and PowerApps. It maps out all our business requirements and provides us with exactly what we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I find the rigidity of some connectors in Microsoft Power Automate quite frustrating. For instance, when using it with Excel, I couldn't perform simple operations without adding unnecessary actions. Also, even though it supports AI integrations, the lack of flexibility can make it challenging. Another downside is the high license fees, which can seem excessive for those not making the most out of it. Lastly, debugging flows in Power Automate can be pretty confusing compared to Salesforce. "Effortless Automation and Seamless Integration with Power Automate"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Power Automate is its ability to effortlessly connect various systems and automate repetitive tasks, all without the need for extensive coding. This tool significantly reduces the time spent on routine processes by streamlining workflows such as data transfers, approvals, notifications, and report generation. I find its smooth integration with Microsoft applications like Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams particularly valuable, as it makes automation accessible to users regardless of their technical background. In summary, Power Automate enhances efficiency, minimizes manual errors, and enables me to dedicate more time to analysis and decision-making instead of routine work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

One aspect I find challenging about Microsoft Power Automate is that as workflows increase in size and complexity, they can become difficult to manage and troubleshoot. The error messages provided are often unclear, making the debugging process more time-consuming than it should be. I have also noticed that performance can be unreliable, particularly when handling large amounts of data or when working with premium connectors, which can further increase costs. Furthermore, I believe that version control and team collaboration features could be improved, especially for organizations looking to implement automation at an enterprise scale.
