""OneNote Kept All My Work Notes Organized and Accessible""
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

I have used OneNote as a supervisor and RTM and it became my go to place for keeping all work notes in one place. Few things I liked most:

- I used to take notes during team meetings, training sessions and quality reviews and organize them in separate notebooks and sections, very easy to find later

- Sharing session notes with agents and team leads right after a meeting saved a lot of back and forth

- I could add text, tables, checklists and images all in one note, very useful for documenting process updates and SOPs

- Notes synced automatically across desktop and mobile so I never had to worry about losing anything

- Tags helped me mark action items and follow ups from audit sessions so nothing was missed

- Search made it very easy to find any old note or keyword in seconds even from months back Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

A couple of things I felt could be better. The formatting options are quite limited compared to Word, which made it a bit difficult when I needed to create more structured documents or reports. Also the app was a bit slow to load at times, especially when opening large notebooks with a lot of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Engineering Notebook for Keeping Project Notes and Decisions Organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

I use OneNote as a working notebook for engineering activities such as sprint notes, technical research, meeting discussions, and project references. I keep separate sections for documentation, research, references, and meeting notes, so related information stays together instead of being spread across separate files. During project work, I also record decisions and follow-up items in the same notebook and return to them when preparing or reviewing documentation. This makes it easier to maintain project context and quickly find notes from earlier discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

As an engineering notebook grows, navigation can become less convenient when there are many sections and pages covering different projects or meetings. I sometimes need to search through older pages to find a specific technical reference or decision, especially when information was recorded several months earlier. Keeping a large notebook organized also requires occasional cleanup and consistent page naming. These issues are manageable, but they become more noticeable as the amount of project documentation increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A dependable notebook for engineering teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

At work, I use Microsoft OneNote as my central workspace for maintaining engineering documentation, project research, sprint planning, meeting discussions, and technical references. I organize information into notebooks, sections, and pages for different initiatives, making it easy to revisit earlier decisions, track ongoing work, and prepare formal project documentation. It has become an important part of my daily workflow because everything related to a project stays organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

As my notebooks grow with multiple projects, research notes, and meeting discussions, navigation can take extra time unless everything is organized consistently. When sharing notes with teammates who don't regularly use OneNote, I sometimes need to export the content into another format, which could be a smoother process. "Powerful Note-Taking with Room for Better Organization"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

Microsoft OneNote’s strongest feature is how well it organizes and centralizes information while still making everything easy to search, access, and sync across devices. I also appreciate its integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, which keeps note-taking and collaboration efficient and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

I dislike that OneNote can become cluttered when I’m working with large volumes of notes, and that synchronization isn’t always as intuitive or as consistent as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile, Seamless Sync and Autosave Across Devices with Microsoft OneNote"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

Microsoft OneNote is a very versatile tools which allows storing notes, important information, documents and many more things. The feature I like most is sync as we can easily assess our notes over mobile application as well also as there are many customizations and grouping available we can store our all notes in well formatted and structured manner so avoid clutter.

I can easily integrate Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft tools with OneNote seamlessly and make use of the data from those platforms to access inside OneNote. One major feature which I like the most is autosaving due to which I never lose my data and notes as it is auto saved to cloud and synced across all my devices where I logged in. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

There is nothing much that I dislike about Microsoft OneNote but one thing I want to mention that due to so many features and customizations the applications became little heavy now, it should be optimized for better performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Free Note-Taking with Sync Glitches Sometimes"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

I use Microsoft OneNote on my Android phone to jot down notes (text and pictures), capture memories, create mini plans, and keep to-do lists. I can also access OneNote in Firefox or Chrome to tidy up what I’ve written and group my notes by topic. I really like that it’s free, and so far I haven’t had to pay to use it. I don’t think it’s integrated with AI yet. Overall, it’s easy to use and it syncs automatically to the cloud version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

Sometimes the Android version gets out of sync with the cloud version, and I end up having to sign in to OneNote in a browser to fix the version mismatch. I also don’t like how the text area on my phone can shift around on the screen, almost like it’s unhinged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome tool to manage notes and secrets"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

We can store text notes and images on a notebook page. We can also create multiple chapters, and each chapter can have any number of pages. With OneNote, life has become easier for keeping both short and long notes, along with other useful information. I’ve been using it for almost 10 years now, and it still feels great, simple to manage and helpful for keeping so many things in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

Nothing as I keep using it and using from longer period of time, I am now use to with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Organization and Fast Search with Reliable Syncing in OneNote"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

The best thing about OneNote is how easy it is to organize information. I can create separate notebooks for different projects and add pages whenever I need them. I also like that I can insert images, tables, links and checklists along with text, making my notes more useful. The search feature is fast, so I don't have to scroll through pages to find something. Another feature I appreciate is automatic syncing, which keeps my notes updated across all my devices. It gives me confidence that I won't lose important information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

OneNote works well most of the time, but there are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes syncing takes longer than expected when the internet connection is slow. If a notebook has a lot of pages, it can take come time to find the right section. The free-form page layout is flexible, but it can also make notes look untidy if they are not organized carefully. A few formatting options are also limited compared to a word processor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Secure Note-Taking with OneDrive Backup, but is stayong behind"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

The simpler, the better. It’s just what you need—nothing fancy. It’s a notepad to get your notes done, and it integrates with OneDrive, so your info is backed up and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

Microsoft should honestly just forget about OneNote. The integrations with the Outlook app and other software don’t work that well, and it feels like it’s falling behind over time. At this point, there’s only basic support, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down support soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Endless, Easy-to-Organize Notes in Microsoft OneNote"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?

In Microsoft OneNote, it never feels like you run out of paper—we can keep writing endlessly. Notes are easy to organise, print, and share, and it’s simple to find information later even if we’ve forgotten which tab or page it’s stored on. We can create any number of tabs, which helps keep everything neatly organised and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?

I don’t really see any major downsides. The only thing is that the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, and syncing can occasionally lag when I switch between devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
