"Saves Time and Simplifies Work with Microsoft Copilot"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The best about Microsoft Copilot is easily to integrates with Microsoft 365. and It helps reduce manual work, improves productivity, and it can pull relevant information from other Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook and other. . it's making it much easier to find information and get things done quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot has been genuinely helpful for boosting my day-to-day productivity, though there’s still room for improvement. Sometimes its responses feel a bit too general or overlook key details, so I still need to double-check the information. When I’m dealing with more complex technical questions, I often have to ask several follow-up prompts before I get the specific answer I’m looking for. I’d also like to see smoother, more consistent integration across all Microsoft 365 applications. Even with these limitations, Copilot saves me a lot of time and makes my work easier, and I’m interested to see how it continues to improve in future updates. "Microsoft Copilot Boosts Productivity with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like how Microsoft Copilot helps improve productivity by simplifying everyday tasks and saving time. It is useful for drafting emails, summarizing information, and organizing ideas. Its integration with Microsoft 365 apps makes it easy to use within my regular workflow. Overall, it helps me work more efficiently and focus on important tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

At times, Microsoft Copilot gives fairly generic responses that don’t fully meet the specific requirements of a task. The information it generates also needs to be checked for accuracy, since it can occasionally miss important details or context. I’ve also noticed that some features feel inconsistent, and the overall quality of the responses depends heavily on how clearly the prompt is written. As a result, it can take multiple attempts to get the output I’m looking for, which makes it less effective when I’m working on time-sensitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Helpful Microsoft 365 Add-On for your business needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It has helped me with creating and responding to emails in Outlook, also helping me translate meeting minutes and assist with graphics and documents that need to be created. It has been very helpful and completes every task I give it and does it well. It is included in our Microsoft 365 business account and worth the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I do not like the way it lets you copy what it has given you; you have to copy everything instead of being able to select what you want, and sometimes it struggles to add two points together that are in different options it gave me. So being able to have different options to copy what it gave me would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot: Powerful, Reliable Analytics and Business Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Useful, powerful, analytic tool and reliable partner for configurations, data processing, and general help and guidance. Microsoft Copilot does all the heavy lifting on a wide variety of business tasks and projects, providing clarity and useful solutions across a range of disciplines and subjects. Effective and practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

There really isn't anything that I don't like about it. As a business, we have licences for all users, and so it's very easy to send questions, queries, and requests whenever additional help or resources are required. The fact that the LLM engine is so sophisticated makes it difficult to find any fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong for Data Parsing, But Falls Short on Template Decks and Graphics"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

As far as performance goes, it is very helpful at analyzing and parsing data from spreadsheets and PPT decks. The UI is fine. The AI is good at performing mathematical tasks, however using it to create graphics or style PPT decks leaves a lot to be desired. No support has been needed though the resources seem sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

For completing small tasks in order to accelerate workflow such as creating templates decks, it does not seem to perform well. Creating suitable graphics is also a flaw. Though, this does not seem to be a problem specific to CoPilot; most AI tools that my company has access to does not handle this well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot Boosts Productivity with Smarter Task Organization and Email Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It expands my ability to think through problems and increases my productivity. Microsoft Copilot helps me organise my tasks in the right order and approach them more effectively. It recommends different ways to tackle things, along with ideas and techniques that make my work feel easier and more manageable. It also supports automation for workflows, email replies, and other routine tasks. The feature I appreciate most is the email add-on: it summarises long email threads so I can quickly get a clear view of ongoing, long-running follow-ups without having to read every message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

So far, I haven’t encountered any situations where I can make strong comments about the product overall. That said, I do want to point out one concern: the model can take a little time to learn, which means responses to what’s being asked in the prompt may sometimes be delayed. These aren’t major drawbacks that I would strongly call out, but they are still areas where there’s room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft Office Integration with a Handy One-Click Agent"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

One of the most important features for me is its integration with Microsoft Office apps, which lets you use Excel, Word, and other tools with Copilot. The UI feels very similar to other LLMs, so anyone who has used ChatGPT or Claude can quickly find their way around Copilot. It also includes an awesome built-in agent feature that you can launch with a click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Co pilot can sometimes provide overly long responses, which can drift away from the actual topic—at least on the basic free-tier plan. The results should be more to the point, even when the "think deeper" option is selected. It would also help if more models were added, especially from the Claude family, so users have more options to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot: A Helpful Tool for Everyday Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is how much it simplifies my day-to-day work and helps me save time. I appreciate being able to get quick answers, summarize information, and generate new ideas without a lot of effort. Overall, it feels like having a reliable assistant on hand whenever I need support, which helps me stay more productive and better organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes its answers are too generic or not fully accurate, so I still need to double-check the information. It also occasionally struggles to understand exactly what I’m looking for, which means I have to rephrase my questions to get the right result. Overall, I’d like it to provide more consistent, accurate, and context-aware responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile IT Admin Assistant—Powerful for Troubleshooting, Scripting, and Research"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is its versatility in IT administration. It is very helpful when diagnosing problems, writing PowerShell and other scripts, configuring systems, and researching technical information. It has become a useful tool for solving everyday IT challenges. It is more powerful in searching information than Google search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes scripts require quite a bit of iteration and troubleshooting before all errors are resolved. With image generation and editing, Copilot may occasionally make additional changes beyond what was requested, so the same adjustment may need to be requested several times to achieve the desired result. I have also noticed that Copilot sometimes seems to refer back to an earlier conversation instead of maintaining the context of the most recent discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Fast, Refined Outputs and Smarter Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It can generate refined outputs even from short prompts, and it has eased my work to a large extent. It’s turning out to be a game changer in the industry because it takes on many of the redundant tasks. Whether it’s drafting communications, helping us understand complex formulas in spreadsheets, or providing ready-made content, it has been genuinely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it doesn’t understand my prompts. I have to re-enter them repeatedly to get it to respond correctly. On a few occasions, I’ve also noticed that it contradicts its own statements, which makes it hard to rely on. Additionally, there have been times when generating an output takes a while and we have to wait for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
