"Microsoft Copilot: Easy to Use, Time-Saving, and Deeply Integrated with MS Office"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is a good AI tool developed by Microsoft. Copilot provides so many advantages, like it's easy to use, helps to write emails & documents & is useful for students & professionals. In daily routine tasks, it's very helpful for saving time. provide good summarizing long email threads, pulling action items from teams meettings ect... I mostly like its deep app integration, like inside MS Office all applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It's not a dislike, but we require an internet connection to access some features. Also, some features require a paid subscription. It's best tool, but its high cost for businesses, like the full Microsoft Copilot Business license, cost is high for per user monthly. Expect from this, copilot is good for daily work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Faster, More Professional Messages—But Needs a Human Review"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

makes sending messages much quicker, especially when you are on a time crunch. such as memos for parents from our school, we type soemthing like the basic general message and copilot helps upgrade the wording to a more professional type, and gives some additional ideas and suggestions. sometimes we may have overlooked that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

i do find that it can maybe give it a slightly automatic feeling or a robotic like tone to your message which seems distant. so i do always look it over before finalizing. it is also possible it suggests a word but some words have double meanings and this can throw your message off. we are careful with using it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot for Coding, Research, and Everyday Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like Microsoft Copilot because it can assist with a variety of tasks, including programming, research, learning, and brainstorming. When I used it for a Node.js task API prompt, it provided a project structure and initial setup instructions that gave me a useful starting point. I also find the conversational format helpful for exploring technical concepts and asking follow-up questions. Its ability to organize information into steps and code blocks makes responses easier to follow. Overall, it is a convenient assistant for exploring ideas and getting started with development tasks. "Excellent integration with Windows and Office, great interface and solid performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Its integration with other Windows applications, both Office and others. Better user interface than other LLMs, integrated within Windows. At least on my laptop, it performs very well and doesn't show the errors that others mention. It comes included in my Office 365 license, so it has an excellent price. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Integrating it into other applications where it doesn't make sense, like Notepad. Not providing the possibility, without modifications, to change the function of the Copilot key on my laptop. Not maintaining the history of my questions and answers on certain occasions, considering I haven't closed the session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot: Easy to Learn, User-Friendly, and Streamlines Processes"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is a really easy to learn and use AI tool. You do not have to do a lot of training to get the results and output that you are looking for. It is user friendly, has a great ROI, helps to streamline processes, allows the user to learn as they go with the help of the AI, has relatively good performance for an AI, and has helpful integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I dislike that there are times when Microsoft Copilot provides output or results that are not what you were looking for. You sometimes have to ask multiple times to get the data you were looking for. There are also times where there are broken links provided which you have to ask about multiple times before getting them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and intuitive: excellent answers and great time savings"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

the ease of use and intuitiveness of the program. It allows you to reach the desired solution in a simple and intuitive way. The ability to provide a lot of information and have very suitable and topic-specific answers is truly excellent. It optimizes time both at work and for private purposes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

At the moment, I have found very few shortcomings. The only note is that it often claims to have generated files or images but in reality provides nothing or redirects to URLs that do not work, and you have to ask again for what you need to get the expected result Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Microsoft Office Integration, but Slow Performance and Misinterprets Plain Language"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I would say that the biggest upside to copilot is the natural integration with Microsoft office and the ability to always use it with ease as the Copilot button is on software you are using it always has an easy to reach button on the software. One other thing I really like is the ability to search through all of my desktop and sharepoint files / emails to find what I am looking for / need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I think the performance for it is kind of weak, if you ask it to do a task in excel it usually crashes. it takes a long time to do certain tasks and does not usually complete them correctly; the AI feature does not normally interpret plain language well and will ask you multiple times to do something and repeats the same task incorrectly. There is no real support for it that i have found on questions regarding why it is not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real Productivity Boost"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is how convenient and easy it is to use. It helps with brainstorming ideas, answering questions, writing content, and simplifying everyday tasks. I also appreciate how it can save time, improve productivity, and offer different perspectives when I need inspiration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Copilot is that it can take multiple steps and several attempts to get exactly what I asked for. Sometimes, even when I provide clear and detailed instructions, it misunderstands my request or gives me something completely different. This can be frustrating and time-consuming, especially when I have to keep repeating myself or rewording my instructions. While it is a helpful tool, I believe it could improve by following directions more accurately the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Excel Less Intimidating and Speeds Up ROI Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

As someone with a marketing background it makes excel spreadsheets less overwhelming and scary because it allows me to create tables and work formulas without the numeric knowledge. And this is major because it's easier to analyze performance and ROI when you can build faster reports and tables that show you the data in an easy to digest format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

At least in my experience working with it, it's still very glitchy and sometimes not working as seamlessly as you would like to. Sometimes it's easier to get the csv data and drop into ChatGPT to build the report or data analysis you need. You still need to work it through and prompt copilot a lot to get your desirable result. "Microsoft Copilot Saves Hours with Fast Summaries, Drafts, and Excel Help"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is how much time it saves me on administrative tasks during my daily client work. It makes catching up on missed Teams meetings or long Outlook email threads incredibly fast by providing clear, accurate summaries. I use it to draft initial structures for client presentations and reports, which gives me a solid starting point instead of starting from scratch. It also helps me clean up data and build formulas in Excel much faster. Overall, it acts like a reliable assistant that handles the tedious parts of my workflow, allowing me to focus on analysis and delivering better results for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Copilot is that it frequently gives wrong or generic information when I ask for help troubleshooting specific cybersecurity tools like Okta and BeyondTrust. In a technical security environment, inaccurate advice can be risky or waste time. It lacks the deep, specialized knowledge needed for complex identity and access management errors.
