"Fast, Specific Answers and Great Support for Building a Resume"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It answers questions I ask it very specific and integrates my information from my computer into the answer. It has great performance and is very fast. It's one of the best artificial intelligence tools I've used so far. I used it to help me build a resume for a new job and it gave me lots of support and ideas to help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Nothing really comes to mind. I suppose the only thing would be if it could actually write the resume for me. I suppose perhaps it could if I gave the relevant information. Also if it asked some questions specific to the task I was trying to complete such as what sort of company was the resume for in order to get a job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive, Easy-to-Use Copilot with Deep Windows Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Its interactive UI and easy-to-use interface help a lot with day-to-day tasks, making it simple to use for both straightforward work and more complex solutions. Its deep integration with the Windows OS helps me work through problems and deliver complete solutions by operating efficiently at the processor level. The new, modern AI CPU also helps boost Copilot productivity effectively. Troubleshooting is very easy thanks to reliable support from the Microsoft community. It’s effectively free to use for personal purposes, with affordable plans available for business and corporate use, and it works well with many other Microsoft platforms, making it one of the best tools for a corporate environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Although it’s baked into the Microsoft OS, it sometimes feels laggy and buggy, and a few features don’t respond the way they’re advertised. The voice assistance doesn’t always detect words properly, and most of the time it takes a long time to respond. Sometimes I also have to explain multiple times what exactly I need from it. Overall, the results can be inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot: Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration That Supercharges Productivity"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is its advanced AI capabilities and the seamless integration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem I use every day (Word, Excel, Teams). The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, which makes it genuinely easy to use.

From a workflow perspective, it has completely changed my daily routine. For instance, the automated meeting summary feature saves me more than three hours a week that I would otherwise spend drafting notes. Performance has also been consistently fast and reliable, with quick, accurate responses when I need them. One unexpected bonus is that Copilot has become a strong creative partner for me, helping me push through writer’s block when I’m drafting more complex reports.

On pricing and ROI, the upfront cost is something to think about, but the productivity gains are significant enough that it still delivers a strong return on investment. Finally, the onboarding and support resources are thorough, and they made the learning curve feel almost non-existent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

While Microsoft Copilot is a solid tool overall, there are a few areas that could use improvement. During peak hours, occasional latency can slow response times. The AI also sometimes hallucinates details when summarizing longer documents, which means I have to spend extra time double-checking facts before sharing the output.

The seat-licensing model can also feel steep for smaller teams that don’t use the advanced features every day, so more flexible, tier-based pricing would make it easier to adopt. On the UX side, the chat sidebar in certain M365 apps can feel cluttered, and it doesn’t always maintain context when I switch between different documents; smoother cross-app memory would streamline workflows significantly. Lastly, the admin documentation around fine-tuning prompt policies and permissions could be clearer, with more hands-on tutorials to guide setup and ongoing management. "Microsoft Copilot Makes Everyday Work Faster and Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is that it makes everyday work easier. It helps me find information quickly, write emails, summarise content, and get ideas when needed. It saves time and is easy to use, especially when working with Microsoft apps. It has good support and works smoothly most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes Copilot does not provide the exact answers I am looking for, so I need to try different prompts to get the right results. It can be slow at times, especially when handling longer tasks. Some answers also need to be checked because they are not always accurate. It would be better if the responses were more consistent and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot a Real Chat Assistant easy to Use and Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is an interactive AI interface which works like a real life chat assistant. It hears my problem and gives fast and accurate responses. It also supports integrating photos or files and asks questions based on them. I like the fact that it is easy to use and accurate. One special feature is that due to live voice chat it gives very quick responses while other AI chatbots take 3-4 seconds. It has a great support feature; it clears one's reports fast. It is also less costly than other Chatbots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it gives incomplete and complicated answers. It also sometimes takes too much time to read the uploaded files and even gives inaccurate answers. If we have a long conversation, it sometimes does not remember previous chats and gives inaccurate answers. For coding questions, it sometimes gives the correct code format but contains some syntax errors. Thus, for daily chatting, it is good, but to rely on complex coding questions, it may give wrong answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A friendly tool to assist my Outlook Workloads"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot is an easy-to-use platform that seamlessly analyses your requirements and brings in multiple options to the work. It helps me refine my thought process to address emerging challenges or gaps in the information. It unifies insights across my emails, especially in Outlook, meetings, chats, and documents, to answer complex queries and surface work data grounded in my organisation's context. I especially like its features offering thinking modes like Quick Response or Think Deeper, alongside multi-model support such as OpenAI. One downside of the platform is its ability to change the context of the sentence without any prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The downside is that it tends to alter the argument's context without prompting or suggesting anything. Chat summaries and app responses can be erratic, slow, or oversimplified, sometimes taking a lot of time to process. Enterprise licensing costs are very steep, with high monthly per-user fees, paired with a steep learning curve and occasional platform glitches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Free, and Helpful for Research, Learning, and Everyday Information and Summaries"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is how quickly it helps me find information and understand different topics. I find it useful for research, learning new concepts, and getting answers with relevant web sources and references. It also makes complex topics easier to understand and saves time by summarizing information. I like that many of these features are available for free, which makes it a useful AI tool for everyday and professional tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that sometimes the answers are not completely accurate, so I need to verify the information from other sources. Some responses can also feel too generic, especially when I ask detailed questions. The free version has some feature limitations as well. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall usefulness of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Autocomplete and Flexible Models—Easy to Use in Any IDE"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It is very good with code auto complete and also in building coding logic. It also gives the flexibility to choose different models from different providers and also the context window size which helps control the AI Agents costing. The best part about it is that it can be simply used as an extension with existing IDE and also as a standalone app if required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The main issue that I encountered while using copilot is that it has a lot of memory leakages so sometimes while using it would crash the entire IDE multiple times. Also there is a problem that sometimes the agentic loop goes into an infinite loop which is not a problem related to the model being used but in the agentic loop from the copilot agent. "Easy to Use, Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration That Boosts Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like Microsoft Copilot because it’s easy to use and integrates smoothly with Microsoft 365 applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook. The interface feels familiar, and it helps me save time with writing, summarizing information, organizing tasks, and generating ideas. Its AI capabilities are genuinely useful for everyday work, and the performance is generally solid for common tasks. I also appreciate that it can boost productivity without requiring advanced technical knowledge. For users who already rely on Microsoft products, this level of integration can offer good value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot can sometimes give generic or inaccurate answers, so I still feel the need to double-check important information. The performance and overall response quality can vary depending on the task, and some of the more advanced features are difficult to understand at first. The user experience also isn’t always consistent, especially when switching between different Microsoft applications. Pricing may be a concern for individuals or small businesses if the most useful features require additional subscriptions. Lastly, onboarding and support could be more straightforward, with clearer guidance on what features are available, what the limitations are, and how to get the best results from the AI. "Notes inside copilot Keeps Everything Organized and Boosts Coding Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Notes inside copilot helps me to combines files, meeting notes, Copilot chats, pages, links, and other references in one place. This is an additional feature compared to other AIs. I have also used it extensively for coding assist for javascript and HTML. Mostly for troubleshooting the code wrote by someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Its responses can sometimes feel too generic and may not include enough useful detail. It also needs very clear prompts to produce the results I’m expecting. Some of the more advanced features require additional subscriptions or licenses, which can be limiting. At times, it struggles with more complex tasks or misunderstands instructions. Overall, AI-generated content still needs manual review, checking, and editing before it’s ready to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
