"Flexible, Convenient Copilot That Handles Research and Docs Seamlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

So, the thing about Copilot is that it’s really flexible. It’s very useful for everything from research to generating unique brainstorming ideas, and even creating a hot-topic paragraph from just an article page link or a screenshot. It really works well.

It’s especially helpful when I’m using the Edge browser, because I don’t have to open any other AI tools—most of the work is handled by Copilot itself. I honestly feel more relaxed using it, because it seems to understand me well, whether I’m creating a Word document, a PPT, or working in Excel. Overall, it feels very flexible and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The thing I dislike, and really hope Microsoft works on in the future, is the document-processing capability. It takes so long compared to other LLMs for the same work, so you have to be very patient if you want a fast response. I don’t suggest it.

I also found another problem: if you tell it to create a PPT (or any other document) and then you ask something else or create a new chat, it automatically dismisses the process. There’s no history or anything— that chat page gets fully removed, and you won’t find it anywhere. I find this really frustrating and a big headache, because you end up having to start from scratch. "Trusted partner for day to day activity and seamless productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It has better integration in Microsoft apps like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint than other tools, which helps me make my tasks easier and faster, improving my productivity and assisting in drafting emails in Outlook faster and better than manual work. I like how it makes my work easier, better than ever, so I prefer it in my work over other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It has some limitations in understanding complex tasks, requiring me to explain them multiple times to improve and simplify my work. Certain advanced features also depend on subscriptions and organizational permissions. So, I believe there is room for improvement and accuracy in Copilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use AI Assistant That Saves Time Every Day"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is how easy it is to use in my daily life. It helps me to find information, write messages, generate images, create designs, mails, understand new topics, and get quick answers. It saves time and makes many everyday tasks easier. Overall, it is a useful, reliable AI assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I see sometimes Copilot gives answers that are not fully accurate, so I need to double-check the information. At times, the responses also feel generic. I also wish it was a little faster and gave more direct answers. Other things I dislike about Copilot are that its image generation is not always consistent. It can also change small details between images. I hope it improves its accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly AI That Makes Office Work and SPSS Syntax Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I believe it is more user friendly than other AI I have been using it for office work and it helps me a lot. I use it to write syntax for SPSS to check data for banners, also it helps me to figure out the issues I find in a questionnaire as a research analyst I believe it is very helpful and corrective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

there are some feedback as in it needs to update for example I gave one link and questionnaire to check, but copilot was unable to access the link and unable to check the link across questionnaire attached, also it has limited access to run images or make edits I think limit should be increased it will be great use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Copilot Boosts Productivity, Despite Chat Glitches"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like how easy Microsoft Copilot is to use and the quality of the documents it produces. I find it very good at writing emails in plain language and summarizing my inbox so I can prioritize. It also helps me plan my day and work more efficiently. I utilise it daily while working my 9-5 & have found I have more time to complete important tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes Microsoft Copilot reverts to an old chat instead of the one I’m in. I wish it wouldn’t do that. This can make whatever I am working on confusing as it can jumble previous information from other tasks completed. Apart from that it generally works very well & does what I ask of it considering I use it daily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration for Fast Summaries and First Drafts"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is most useful to me because it works directly inside the Microsoft 365 apps I already use. I’ve found it especially helpful for turning long email threads, meeting notes, and documents into clear, easy-to-read summaries, and for creating solid first drafts of emails, reports, and project updates. Because it integrates with Outlook, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft tools, I don’t have to keep switching between different applications to get this work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I still need to review the output myself before I send it or hand it off. Copilot can miss important context, alter formatting in more complex documents, or generate information that sounds confident but still needs to be verified. For me, it works best as a drafting and summarization assistant, not a fully hands-off solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Favorite Work AI: Seamless M365 Integration and Powerful Content Creation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

As my company uses M365, Copilot is great as it can work with any of the other MS apps. The image generation, e-mail creation, and brainstorming uses are incredible. It has both a web and desktop app, and is also conveniently located in Teams. It is my favorite AI to use at work for a multitude of reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The least helpful think about Copilot is how I worry that whatever I ask it to do, my company will see it. Therefore, I use another AI for personal reasons, and Copilot strictly for work reasons. The image generation is great, but it also takes a lot longer than the other options available. I'm also unsure of its cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copilot saves time, simplifies tasks, and boosts productivity with AI-powered assistance."
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot is very user-friendly. Copilot is an AI-powered assistant that boosts productivity, automates repetitive tasks, and helps users create content, analyse data, and generate insights faster—all at a cost-effective price. It cuts down the time spent on routine work, reduces manual effort, and helps employees get more done within existing Microsoft 365 applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot primarily accesses authorized Microsoft 365 organizational data and may not be able to directly retrieve information from local devices, other applications, or system-level resources. As a result, its visibility into broader device data and cross-platform insights can be limited. Overall, Copilot’s restricted access to device-level and external application data can make it harder to provide complete insights across different systems and platforms. "Microsoft Copilot Supercharges Data Analysis and Reporting Across Microsoft 365"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot has significantly improved my productivity by helping me quickly analyze data, generate formulas, create reports, and automate repetitive tasks. As a Data Analyst working on integrations, I find it especially valuable for summarizing complex information, generating SQL queries and scripts, troubleshooting data issues, and drafting clear, professional documentation. Its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Power BI helps me save time, reduce manual effort, and stay focused on delivering business insights instead of getting pulled into administrative work. The natural language interface also makes it easy to request information and complete tasks efficiently, even when I’m working with large datasets across multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is a helpful productivity tool, but at times its responses feel too generic or don’t include the business context needed for more complex data and integration-related tasks. When I use it for technical questions, the output often needs to be double-checked and refined to make sure it’s accurate. It can also occasionally struggle to interpret very specific requirements, which can mean going through several iterations before I get the result I’m looking for. "My Genuine Experience with Microsoft Copilot"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It's the most useful software for me. It has helped me a lot with research and web browsing, especially when I search for anything in Microsoft Browser or internet browser on my laptop or phone. The copilot extracts popular, reliable sites first and suggests them, saving me more time. I am also learning coding by myself, and when I encounter trouble, I use copilot. After using it, my learning speed increases day by day. Here is my review, which I am sharing with you. I hope it's helpful for you. Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I am happy with the copilot, but sometimes I feel there is a lot of bloatware in it, and many unwanted suggestions pop up on its home screen, which feels a bit bad when I'm trying to focus. System lag - Sometimes I feel system lag because it works in the background on many tasks. My low-configuration laptop or phone lags, and this also happens to me.
