"Microsoft Copilot Streamlines CA Workflows with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

As a professional at a CA firm, Microsoft Copilot has significantly streamlined my day-to-day workflow. What I appreciate most is its deep integration across Microsoft 365, especially in Excel and Word. It greatly accelerates data analysis, helps me generate complex financial formulas almost instantly, and surfaces trends in large datasets during client audits. It also drafts clear, professional email updates that summarize detailed tax regulations and client reports within seconds. Overall, this saves hours of manual research and documentation, allowing our team to spend more time on high-value strategic advisory work instead of repetitive administrative tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

While Microsoft Copilot is highly efficient, its main limitation in a CA firm environment is occasional accuracy issues when dealing with complex financial figures. At times, it may hallucinate formulas or miss subtle nuances in specific, deeply technical local tax regulations, which makes a manual review of every output mandatory. In addition, working with highly confidential client data demands strict compliance, and the system can sometimes struggle to process very large, multi-tabbed legacy Excel spreadsheets smoothly, resulting in lag or incomplete processing of the data. "Seamless Office Integration with Strong Performance and Simple Onboarding"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is working well with Microsoft Office integration. Its UI/UX is similar to other AI tools. The performance is sometimes better than other AI tools. The pricing is managed by corporate and ROI is best for Office 365 products. The onboarding process is quite simple. The AI is best for Microsoft products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The Microsoft Copilot Office365 integration sometimes slows down the Office 365 application performance and has significant impacts on PC performance. The Microsoft Copilot automatically runs tasks to summarize documents or other tasks in the background. The copilot tasks for Word/Excel/PowerPoint are not delivered to the level business needs. "Microsoft Copilot Boosts Productivity with Fast Summaries and Content Generation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is its ability to save time by quickly summarizing information, generating content, and helping with everyday work tasks directly within Microsoft 365 apps. It improves productivity, reduces repetitive effort, and makes it easier to find insights and complete tasks efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes Microsoft Copilot provides responses that are too generic or require additional refinement before they can be used. Occasionally, it may misunderstand context, produce inaccurate information, or lack enough detail for specialized tasks, which means users still need to verify and edit the output. "Transforming Everyday Tasks with Microsoft Copilot"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Over the past review period, I have consistently focused on delivering high-quality results while collaborating effectively with my team. I took ownership of key initiatives, ensured timely delivery of commitments, and actively contributed to problem-solving across multiple workstreams. Through close partnership with stakeholders and a proactive approach to challenges, I was able to drive positive outcomes while continuing to learn and expand my technical and professional skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One area I find challenging with Microsoft Copilot is that the quality and accuracy of responses can sometimes vary depending on how prompts are written. Certain tasks require multiple iterations or additional context to achieve the desired outcome, which can reduce efficiency. Additionally, there are occasions when responses may be overly generic or lack sufficient business context, requiring manual validation and refinement. While Copilot is a valuable productivity tool, improving consistency, contextual understanding, and the ability to handle complex scenarios would further enhance the overall user experience. "Easy-to-Use Microsoft AI Agent with Strong Coding Support and Multiple Models"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It is a Microsoft software which is easy to use and we can use it also in our Windows without even downloading as it is an inbuilt AI agent for Windows and by using its premium feature in VS Code we can get it sometimes free as a student account and support multiple AI agents including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and many more models. It has a better performance in coding also it supports inline code editing and supports multiple agents. It provides better results and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It is not as intelligent as other AI models like ChatGPT or Claude because it itself uses the ChatGPT, Claude and other AI models for working and it also provides incomplete answers sometimes and it has a very low context window and it makes answers inconsistent and sometimes it does not provide warning for some access or security issues. "Seamless System-Wide Integration That Saves Time and Keeps Conversations Searchable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The integration across the whole computer is really useful, and conversations can follow you so they’re easy to search, revisit, and build on later. The dynamic capabilities save time. I also like being able to switch between general and work modes, along with Copilot’s ability to establish baseline caveats. By that I mean I don’t always have to provide full context; Copilot does a pretty good job of filling in the gaps—especially with technical questions—and of identifying the assumptions it’s making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It can take you down rabbit holes with hallucinations. It’s important to double-check the facts and assumptions, just as you would with a person. You also need to know the relevant facts and details so you can verify CoPilot’s reasoning process. If you don’t, it can actually make situations worse by giving you bad information, which usually happens when you haven’t provided enough of a concrete baseline to work from. "Microsoft Copilot Makes Everyday Work Faster and More Productive"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is how it makes everyday work easier, faster, and more productive. It’s a useful AI-powered assistant that supports a range of tasks, whether I’m writing, researching, analyzing information, or creating content. One of its biggest advantages for me is the time it saves and the way it reduces the effort needed to get routine tasks done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One of the main things I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that its responses aren’t always accurate or consistent. At times, it delivers incorrect information with a lot of confidence, which makes it hard to tell whether an answer is actually trustworthy. I also feel it doesn’t always grasp the full context of a question, especially with complex topics or longer back-and-forth conversations. As a result, I sometimes get repetitive replies or responses that don’t fully address what I’m asking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Genuine Productivity Booster for .NET Development in Visual Studio"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

As a backend .NET developer, Microsoft Copilot has been a genuine productivity booster. It integrates seamlessly into my Visual Studio workflow, helping me generate boilerplate C# code, scaffold REST API endpoints, and write unit tests faster. The context-aware suggestions for Entity Framework queries and LINQ expressions save me significant time. It also helps me document code and explain complex logic clearly to team members, which is invaluable when leading a development team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes Copilot suggestions are overly generic and don't fully respect the existing project architecture or coding conventions. For complex C# backend scenarios — like custom middleware, advanced Entity Framework configurations, or microservices patterns — the suggestions occasionally need significant rework. It can also be slow to respond during peak hours, which interrupts the development flow. Better context retention across files in large solutions would be a major improvement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Helpful AI Assistant That Saves Time"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is how much time it saves on everyday tasks. It helps me quickly draft content, summarize information, brainstorm ideas, and find answers without having to switch between multiple tools. I also appreciate how easy it is to use and how it helps me stay productive when working on complex or repetitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that its responses can sometimes be inaccurate or require additional verification. There are also times when the generated content is too generic and needs refinement to match the specific context. While it is a great productivity tool overall, improvements in consistency and deeper contextual understanding would make it even more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Copilot Access That Boosts Office Data Analysis"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I use Microsoft Copilot with Microsoft Office tools, and it has made some data analysis tasks easier. I also like having quick chat available in Windows: the quick-toggle button on my laptop makes it easy to open Copilot when I need it. I can ask about information shown on my screen without switching away from what I am doing. That convenient access and support for Office work make Copilot useful in my day-to-day workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I have not run into a specific problem in the ways I use Copilot so far. My experience has mainly been using it with Office for data analysis and opening quick chat from Windows to ask about what is on screen. Those workflows have been convenient. I have not explored every Copilot capability, so I cannot comment on more advanced scenarios yet; at this point, no limitation has stood out enough to outweigh the convenience in my day-to-day use.
