"Microsoft Copilot: A Fast, Versatile Assistant That Makes Everyday Work Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Copilot is how quickly it responds. I don't have to wait long for answers, and the almost instant responses make it feel like a real-time assistant.

Apart from speed, a few other things I really appreciate:

Productivity: It integrates with the apps I already use, making everyday tasks easier.

Context-aware responses: It understands the context and provides relevant answers rather than generic suggestions.

Versatility: It's useful for both technical tasks and creative work, including writing.

Security: Microsoft's focus on security makes me feel more confident using it.

Information gathering: It brings information from different sources together and makes complex topics easier to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Although Copilot is useful, I still feel there’s room for improvement.

At times, the responses come back too generic, and I have to add extra prompts to get to what I’m actually looking for. It can also occasionally provide inaccurate information, so I still need to cross-check anything important.

When I ask more complex technical questions, the answers aren’t always detailed enough, and it sometimes misses the context, especially in longer conversations where the thread matters. On top of that, some of the more useful features depend on a Microsoft 365 subscription, which can limit access.

Overall, Copilot is a solid productivity tool, but I’d like to see better accuracy, consistency, and more depth in its responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot Speeds Up Development with Helpful Code Suggestions"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is quite helpful during development. It offers useful code suggestions, and its autocomplete features noticeably improve the overall coding experience by making the workflow faster and smoother.

That said, there are some drawbacks. The models aren’t always accurate and can hallucinate fairly often, occasionally proposing incorrect logic or solutions. Because of this, I still need to verify what it generates and make manual corrections when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Model accuracy: It frequently produces incorrect or misleading suggestions, so I still have to manually verify the output.

Hallucinations: It sometimes assumes certain APIs, methods, or configurations exist when they actually don’t.

Context understanding: It can struggle to grasp the broader codebase and will occasionally recommend fixes that don’t fit the existing architecture.

Overcomplicated solutions: At times it generates extra, unnecessary code instead of offering a simpler, more maintainable approach.

Inconsistent suggestions: The quality isn’t consistent and can vary a lot depending on how complex the task is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful, Multilingual Responses and Conversation Memory—But Occasionally Misses Document Details"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It’s helping a lot with its responses, and it offers multiple output modes like “think deeper,” quick response, etc. Moreover, it keeps the conversation history and replies accordingly, which makes the experience smoother. Microsoft Copilot also responds in a great manner and provides work-relevant outputs. It also gives familiar results and supports multiple languages, which is really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

About Microsoft Copilot: Sometimes, when I enter inputs to get results based on the requirement document (with all the details clearly mentioned in it), it still misses some instructions and then asks for the same information that is already included in the document. This needs improvement at every stage so it follows the provided requirements more consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is how it saves time by turning natural language into actionable results. One thing I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that its responses can sometimes be too generic or miss important context, requiring follow-up prompts. It may also struggle with complex requests and occasionally provide inconsistent results, which can increase the time needed for refinement. "Effortless Email Writing with Amazing Copilot Image Generation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The email. Writing has become sooo easy for me, plus the image generation also has been amazing all my emails have to have an image generated by copilot i really wish rest of the ais did it this easy. The login is quick the ai and the prompts are also very minimal. I am really gonna keep using it for future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Using Microsoft Copilot daily can sometimes feel like riding a roller coaster. While it has moments of brilliance, several friction points consistently test my patience. The constant context amnesia is deeply frustrating. You can spend 20 min refining a prompt thread, establishing tone, format, and rules, only for the session to glitch, refresh, or hit a limit. Suddenly, you are back to square one, trying to re-explain a complex workflow to an AI that has completely forgotten everything you just built together. It breaks momentum entirely. "Copilot Makes Document Summaries Effortless and Supercharges Daily Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I love most is how seamlessly it fits into my daily grind. As a professional, I’m constantly summarizing massive documents. Copilot instantly pulls the key points from dense contracts, saving me hours of brain fog. It’s also amazing for my downtime; I use it to quickly generate visual concepts for my photography or brainstorm vegetarian meal prep. It just feels like a natural extension of my brain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

My biggest gripe is the data security risk. In legal ops, confidentiality is everything, and 2026 reports show Copilot can inadvertently expose sensitive internal files if tenant permissions aren't perfectly managed. Beyond that, it occasionally hallucinates non-existent clauses in contracts, which is a nightmare to untangle. Creatively, its safety filters are sometimes way too aggressive and block innocent photography prompts. It also gets frustratingly chatty when I just want simple bullet points. "Microsoft Copilot - A good companion for an MBA student"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I personally like the bright UI/UX of the Microsoft Copilot website, which gives me a co-companion feel. Its integration with Microsoft Office apps and Microsoft 365 apps like Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint makes it easier for me to enhance my performance while delivering my presentations. Microsoft is fast, its performance is commendable, and its pricing is currently good for students. Its support and onboarding are understandable, though its AI needs an upgrade as its hallucinations are more frequent compared to other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

What I mostly dislike are the hallucinations and inaccurate and more prompting works about the Copilot. Its AI needs an upgrade when compared to its peers, in my opinion, and the Microsoft integrations are not that accurate at times as it requires another login along with regular logins, which needs to be rectified. "User-Friendly Copilot Integrates Seamlessly, but Needs Deeper Research"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like that Microsoft Copilot creates documents based on the subject and keeps them to the point. It’s user-friendly and interactive: it asks what type of document I want and what should be left out. I use it to rewrite emails, create industrial safety documents and quizzes, and make interactive slide packs with PowerPoint. I also like that it integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft software, can help avoid possible data leakage, and was seamless to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I feel that the industrial hygiene documents I create aren’t up to the mark. I’d like Microsoft Copilot to do deeper research and review different research papers on industrial hygiene so the content is more accurate and complete. At times, the industrial hygiene documents lack quantitative analysis. I also noticed that the risk factor calculations were incorrect, and the frequency-of-exposure details needed correction as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless M365 Integration and a Clean In-Word Copilot Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot delivers a seamless experience with its exceptionally clean, sidebar-based UI / UX that lives directly inside Word, Excel, and PowerPoint so you never have to break your workflow. Its standout feature is its deep Integrations across the M365 ecosystem—pulling context effortlessly from past Teams meetings, Outlook threads, and SharePoint documents. In terms of Performance, it is fast and reliable for text generation and summaries, though it can occasionally lag when processing massive data sets or long document histories. While the per-user subscription cost is a notable enterprise investment, the Pricing / ROI easily justifies itself by saving knowledge workers several hours a week on routine administrative tasks. Support / Onboarding is smooth thanks to robust documentation and prompt libraries, though mastering advanced prompting across a team takes some intentional practice. Finally, the underlying AI / Intelligence is impressively capable at synthesizing information and drafting professional content, though like any tool, it still benefits from human oversight to catch occasional inaccuracies or handle complex formulas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

While the UI / UX is clean and the Integrations across the M365 ecosystem are remarkably convenient, Microsoft Copilot does have notable downsides. Performance can occasionally lag with heavy data sets, and the high Pricing / ROI can be hard to justify for lighter users. Additionally, Support / Onboarding requires intentional team training to move beyond basic prompts, and the underlying AI / Intelligence occasionally produces generic responses or minor inaccuracies that require manual verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
