"Seamless Microsoft Ecosystem Integration That Saves Time on Everyday Tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is its integration with Microsoft's ecosystem and how easily it helps with everyday tasks. I use it to find information, understand concepts, generate ideas and get help with writing. Its conversational interface makes it easy to ask follow-up questions, and it saves time when I need quick answers or explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that its responses can sometimes feel generic and lack the depth I expect. It occasionally misunderstands prompts or gives inaccurate information, so I have to verify important answers. The response quality can also vary depending on the task. I would like it to provide more consistent and detailed answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Copilot Integration in Word and Excel with Reliable Research Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The best thing about Copilot is how well it integrates with the Microsoft ecosystem; it works seamlessly within Office applications like Word and Excel. It is incredibly helpful, offering instant suggestions for drafting content or summarizing data while you work. Its web search feature, which provides answers along with their sources, is highly reliable for research tasks. Furthermore, it functions directly within Office apps—such as Word and Excel—to provide instant summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes, generating a response can take a while, especially if the prompt is long or complex. Additionally, the free version has daily usage limits that can interrupt your work, making it necessary to rely on a paid plan. Another point to note is that when it comes to coding—for instance, if you need to generate code for a website—it often makes significant errors. Furthermore, if you provide existing code for it to work on, it sometimes makes unwanted changes, which can be quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Navigate with Clear Answers and Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I love Microsoft Copilot. It’s easy to navigate, and the answers are much clearer than with other AI software. Even when it’s wrong, it corrects itself, which makes the overall experience much better. The support the platform is top notch when you need it. At the office, we also love that it can be integrated with Microsoft Outlook, so I don’t always have to open a new window when I have a quick question or need something rephrased for an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Occasionally, the answers aren’t as detailed as they are at other times. I’m looking for clear, consistent answers to every question. The photo-editing portion of this platform also isn’t the best; it doesn’t always give the results I’m looking for unless I’m extremely specific. It can be useful in a pinch, but I usually use a different platform for photo edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Microsoft Integration, but Response Accuracy and Depth Can Be Inconsistent"
3/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I really value its integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. It saves me time by helping with research, summarising information, generating content, analysing data, and organising tasks. I also find its ability to provide real-time, web-based information and support everyday productivity particularly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It sometimes provides generic or inaccurate responses, which means I still need to manually verify important information. The coding assistance can occasionally miss key context or suggest solutions that don’t work as expected. I also find that the quality and depth of the responses can be inconsistent, especially when I’m dealing with more complex technical problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration That Streamlines Everyday Work"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is how conveniently it fits into the everyday workplace environment, especially for users who regularly work with Microsoft applications. Its integration with tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams makes it useful for handling routine business tasks without constantly switching between different platforms.

I find it particularly helpful for summarizing information, drafting professional emails, organizing content, generating ideas, and getting quick assistance with Excel-related tasks. It can reduce the time spent on repetitive activities and make everyday office work more efficient.

The familiar Microsoft-style interface also makes it relatively easy to get started, especially for people already using Microsoft products. Another advantage is that it can help users with different technical skill levels become more productive without requiring extensive AI knowledge.

Overall, Copilot is a convenient workplace productivity tool that brings AI assistance closer to the applications people already use. Its biggest strength is the ability to simplify routine work and improve efficiency within the Microsoft ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that its overall experience can sometimes feel inconsistent. While it performs well for everyday office tasks, its responses are not always as detailed or accurate as I expect, particularly when dealing with complex technical questions or multi-step problem-solving.

I have also found that its usefulness can depend heavily on the Microsoft application being used and the available subscription features. Some advanced capabilities are restricted to specific plans, which can make it difficult for users to access the full potential of the platform.

Another area that could improve is its flexibility when working outside the Microsoft ecosystem. For tasks involving custom development, advanced data analysis, or complex coding requirements, I sometimes find it less capable than dedicated AI assistants.

Additionally, the responses can occasionally be generic, and generated formulas or code may require manual corrections. I would also like to see more consistent performance, better customization options, and a simpler, more transparent pricing structure.

Overall, Copilot is a useful productivity tool, but improving its reasoning capabilities, flexibility, and consistency would make it significantly more valuable for professional users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration That Boosts Everyday Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like Microsoft Copilot's seamless integration with Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. It helps improve productivity by assisting with content creation, data analysis, email drafting, and presentations. Its ability to understand prompts and generate quick, relevant responses makes everyday work easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes Microsoft Copilot provides generic or inaccurate responses and struggles to understand complex prompts. Its output may require manual corrections, and the quality of results can vary depending on the task. It also has limitations in creative content generation and offers less flexibility in customization compared to some other AI tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Natural Drafting in Microsoft 365—But Excel Depth and Value Still Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The strongest aspect of Microsoft Copilot is how much friction it removes when creating first drafts and organizing messy project notes across Word and Excel. It eliminates the blank-page problem, especially when summarizing project briefs, status updates, or client takeaways. Being able to prompt Copilot inside Word to pull details directly from an existing PowerPoint deck or SharePoint file makes preparing documentation substantially faster. In Excel, it helps identify data patterns and structure formulas without needing to dig through syntax guides. The user experience feels natural because there is virtually no learning curve if you already use Microsoft 365, and the response speed inside desktop apps has been consistently dependable for day-to-day administrative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The biggest drawback is the inconsistency when handling more complex tasks. While it works fine for basic email drafting, its capabilities in Excel are still quite limited and struggle with non-table data or multi-sheet calculations. In addition, the per-user licensing cost is steep for the current value delivered, especially since almost every output requires careful manual fact-checking to catch subtle inaccuracies or generic phrasing. "A Productivity Boost for Everyday Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot has become a valuable part of my daily workflow because it seamlessly integrates with tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. The interface is intuitive, so I was productive almost immediately without extensive training. I regularly use it to summarize meetings, draft emails, generate content, and analyze information, which saves me a significant amount of time each week. The AI capabilities provide relevant, contextual suggestions that help me work faster and make better decisions. Overall, it delivers strong value by increasing productivity, reducing repetitive work, and helping me focus on higher-impact tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

As a developer, one area where Microsoft Copilot could improve is the consistency of its AI responses. While it is very helpful for code generation, summaries, and content creation, I sometimes need to spend extra time validating outputs, especially for complex technical scenarios. The integration experience across Microsoft products is strong, but some third-party integrations and context sharing could be more seamless. Performance is generally good, though responses can occasionally be slower when working with large datasets or lengthy conversations. The onboarding experience is straightforward, but more advanced, role-based guidance for developers would help users unlock its full potential faster. Additionally, while the productivity benefits are clear, some organizations may need more flexibility in pricing and licensing options to maximize ROI at scale Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Productivity Boost, but Needs Better Project-Aware Coding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like that Microsoft Copilot helps with both technical and creative tasks. I use it for coding assistance, researching ideas, understanding technical concepts, debugging, and creating content. It saves me time on repetitive tasks, helps me get past coding and creative blocks, and makes it easier to find solutions and turn ideas into plans. I appreciate that it helps me work more efficiently, explore different approaches, simplify complex problems, and fits into Microsoft’s ecosystem. The setup was straightforward and easy to understand, and I was able to get started quickly without much technical knowledge or configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I’d like Microsoft Copilot to give more accurate, context-aware coding help by understanding the whole project structure, dependencies, and coding conventions before suggesting changes. Sometimes its generated code works on its own but doesn’t fit my project environment. I’d also like it to retain earlier instructions, avoid unnecessary changes to unrelated components, and explain why a solution is preferable instead of just generating code. Deeper integration with GitHub, VS Code, and project management tools would also help me track issues, review pull requests, and manage tasks more seamlessly. "Easy Research Assistance, but Accuracy Needs Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like that Microsoft Copilot understands natural language and gives quick, relevant responses. I especially like how it helps me with coding, research, content creation, and summarizing information. Its integration with Microsoft tools and Windows makes my everyday work easier and faster, and I can do different kinds of Windows tasks through it. I use it in my browser to find details and go through research papers without installing it separately. It can analyze an entire file in a few seconds and lets me ask questions about the document. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I sometimes get inaccurate or overly generic answers from Microsoft Copilot, and it can misunderstand complex prompts, so I need to verify its responses. Some advanced features, like deep research, file analysis, image generation, and third-party integrations, may not always work. I’d like faster responses, better accuracy and more consistent results, better code debugging and document analysis, and more flexibility when working with larger files.
