Microsoft Copilot has become really useful in my day-to-day work because it is simple to use and integrates well with the Microsoft tools I already work in. I particularly like the AI capabilities for drafting and improving emails and content, summarising information, brainstorming and helping me organise my thoughts. Responses are generally fast, and being able to refine answers through follow-up prompts makes it even more useful. The time it saves me gives it strong value from a productivity and ROI perspective. The interface is straightforward, and the onboarding and support resources also make it easy to learn and start using effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Microsoft Copilot is that the experience can sometimes feel inconsistent. While the interface is generally easy to use, it is not always obvious where certain features are or how Copilot works across different Microsoft 365 applications. Performance and response quality can vary, and the AI occasionally misunderstands the context of a request or produces an answer that needs several follow-up prompts to get right. The integrations are useful, but I would like them to feel more seamless and consistent across applications. From a pricing and ROI perspective, the value is strongest when it is used regularly, so it may feel expensive for occasional users. More practical onboarding, examples and in-product guidance would also help users understand how to get the most value from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
