**What do you like best about Micromedex?**

I think the app is very user friendly and has a great flow.
I find it fascinating how much data this single app has, it allows nurses and clinical staff to make decisions based on information provided by this application. It serves the purpose of making sure medication interactions are not bad for the patients. It allows staff to feel more confident in prescribing and administering medications.

**What do you dislike about Micromedex?**

I think the app all around has great features and is accessible.

**What problems is Micromedex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It alleviates the concerns of prescriptions interacting wrong with the patients who may already be taking other medications.
It also allows clinical staff to feel confident with IV compatibility.

IBM is dedicated to good business practices and legal behaviour.

nothing is bad in IBM Micromedex all are good

**What problems is Micromedex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

a thorough drug-based resource that also includes information on diseases, emergency care, toxicity, complementary therapies, and patient education resources. enables the inclusion of alternative medications and allergies in searches for drug interactions.
