Metrilio Reviews & Product Details

Metrilio is an agile, cloud-based, enterprise-grade HRIS designed for mid-sized and large organizations (500+ employees) that need deep HR functionality without enterprise complexity. Fully customizable across the employee lifecycle, Metrilio adapts to each organization’s processes rather than forcing teams into rigid workflows. Its broad functional scope spans Core HR, onboarding, performance, talent management, learning & development, and offboarding, with seamless integration through APIs, webhooks and sFTP. At the heart of the platform, Metrilio AI changes how organizations access and use their HR data. HR teams can ask questions in natural language, generate reports and dashboards, and turn complex HR data into actionable insights, without relying on endless Excel exports or complex reporting tools. Unlike AI solutions that simply add a chatbot on top of HR data, Metrilio is designed around security, governance and controlled data access. AI helps interpret user intent while data access and execution remain under Metrilio’s control and respect each user’s roles and permissions. Human oversight remains central: AI assists, explains and recommends - it does not make HR decisions. Built on a sovereign European cloud with the highest security standards, Metrilio ensures GDPR, DORA and NIS2 compliance while remaining independent from non-European infrastructures or solutions. Metrilio’s unique process-prototyping approach and multiple production releases every day allow organizations to configure and evolve processes rapidly. Before any commitment or payment, clients can validate a working prototype of their solution, reducing implementation risk and ensuring solution fit from the start. Deployed across 75 countries and available in 20 languages, Metrilio combines enterprise-grade flexibility with highly responsive support and a stable single point of contact. More than a software vendor, Metrilio acts as a true partner and extension of HR and IT teams: helping organizations turn their HR data into a strategic asset.
