They UNSUCCESSFULLY tried to help us with online Linkedin Advertising.

**What do you like best about Metric Theory?**

The dashboard is nice. The reporting we helped them develop is also nice.

**What do you dislike about Metric Theory?**

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are only interested in locking you into a long term contract to charge you high % fees regardless of performance. 
They have a one strategy fits all approach that does not work for everyone. We gave them a chance but we were losing so much money, (negative ROI) that we had to step in and take over. One month they went over budget and refused to refund or credit us. 
The ad-ops staff are nice but green. Overall, lack of execution on clear directions, and zero urgency to leverage or seek data to allow the team to measure, analyze, and improve performance.
Since the performance was horrible and we had to step in and do all the work to save the campaigns, We reached out to ask to get a credit for the overspend, and/or cap our monthly fees, and/or let us out of the long term contract. One of the founders replied with an email that completely avoided our questions and subsequently she simply did not respond to our emails.

**Recommendations to others considering Metric Theory:**

Make sure you read the small print in your contract before you sign. Make sure you have an out if performance is terrible.

**What problems is Metric Theory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits really. We had to take over the work entirely to avoid going bankrupt.
