It's an all in one solution, being able to sit down and plan ahead our entire education for cyber security for the year while having the flexibility to roll out more as we sit fit, its a crucial tool in our toolkit for ensuring we are doing our best to equip users with the knowledge and skills to recognise threats.

The customer service we received during our onboarding and integration was absolutely fantastic, regular calls, tech support - everything we needed to get started and roll out our first campaign was covered.

As the product is a cloud solution we integrated with Active Directory and setup security groups to enable registration to certain content pools.

For the longest time there wasn't an ability to view all of the video content in one place and a fusion template course had to remain in place just to preview things however, with the introduction of the content library that has now given me exactly what i wanted.

Being able to use MetaCompliance training through MS Teams is very useful and allows the majority of staff to access training in an instant.

Admin Portal can be slow. This is due to the rapid adoption of metacompliance across businesses and organisations. The tool easily integrates into your current MS Azure AAD and can be tweaked with many different options to suit your needs.

The courses offered are concise, well presented and easily understood by all levels of users. Natalie is a star when it comes to support, she often guides me in the best direction and is happy to explore options.

The reporting function is great with built in reports the give all the information you would need to see how well your company is doing in terms of course completion, phish results etc....

The training content is ok, although there could be more videos added. The end-user training portal is relatively simple to use. The feature to load your own courses is very handy as it means that we can deliver more user training via one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest challenge with Metacompliance from our perspective was the initial implementation. Most of this was due to issues related to spam filters detonating the links and phishing campaigns reporting clicks where the users hadn't even opened the email. Support wasn't great at resolving this, and it took a lot of our time to research and find out what was causing this. On top of that, we had and still have regular issues with users ending up on suppression lists, which means that they will not receive emails from MetaCompliance. In this occurrence, there is no option for the administrator to remove the user from the suppression list, and you need to contact support in every instance - Very annoying. The fusion template used to create a course is not able to be edited once created but you are warned of this. Its simple enough to create a new template from an existing one which you can then edit but can be annoying if you have missed off something straight forward from the settings, and then have to create a new version of the course, although this only takes a few minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
