What do you like best about MESH Works?

I am a heavy MESH user and I can say there are plenty of advantages to using MESH Works. Below are some important ones I can list,

- Addition of MESH Sourcing. Search and filter through the list of suppliers all over the globe.

- Add and manage supplier profiles and documentation in one place.

- Create RFQs - Easy to use, can upload large files, Use RFQ template for parts addition, Clone feature to copy parts data, discussion dashboard to communicate with suppliers and internal teams, List which countries were invited to RFQs, etc.

- Easy Comparison of supplier quotes, which can also be exported in Excel.

- Create QTC -Easy use of calculation, add notes for technical and general terms. Quotes can be exported in pdf and Excel (Customer template) - which can be sent to the respective customers.

- Reports - RFQ reports, Supplier Quote Report, QTC Report, My Supplier List, and many more. Can be easily exported to Excel.

- Easy to search for any data in MESH. For example, the 'Advanced Search' feature on the RFQ list page.

- Tracking database and easy access to old data.

The best part about MESH Works is the customer support. They will help you in training and also work with you on our needs.

What do you dislike about MESH Works?

Overall, it's a robust portal. The only thing for me will be the need for more customization to add fields on RFQ, QTC, Reports, etc. I know they have this in their pipeline, so it's not a big problem for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MESH Works solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Easy to create RFQs

- Can create multiple RFQs with different commodities and processes.

- Multiple suppliers over the globe can be invited to quote the RFQs.

- Advance search feature for quick access to data.

- Easy comparison of quotes.

- Eliminates the use of Excel files; all data can be saved in the portal and can be retrieved at any time.

- Lesser use of emails. Use the 'Discussion dashboard' on RFQ to communicate with suppliers and internal teams. All communications will be saved at the project level.

- Quick access reports for easy data analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MESH Works?

Improvement suggestion : MESH Works can add a File preview options, so we can quickly review the files before downloading them. Example : 3D model viewer can be added to the software, so quick view of parts will be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MESH Works solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can handle many of the RFQ's from different Customer as well as many quotes from different suppliers / different countries, very easliy

Comparison, analysis, detailed report reviews of loads of data are available with one single tool which helps eliminating to refer multiple excel files, multiple mails from supplier, etc...

We can handle RFQ's of different categories like - Raw Material requirments, Finished Products, Assemblies, Semi Finished Part, etc... which is so helful in having all these data at the same space Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MESH Works?

So many to list here are some:

Record retention

Send out quote to as many suppliers as want/need

Easy compare price feature plus can download to Excel

Build quotes with required questions that need answered

Text/messaging feature to all suppliers or individual suppliers

Cloning feature to update or create new quotes in seconds

Tracking database of my suppliers

Database of suppliers makes it easy to find new suppliers

Customizable support

Ability for suppliers to keep track of quotes

What do you dislike about MESH Works?

The only negative I can think of is with the ability to customize for me as a customer, sometimes feature updates/customizations dont happy as fast as I want. However, MESH keeps me updated on progress and all updates provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MESH Works solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending out quotes to suppliers is simple.

Building the RFP's is easy and able to be customized to each individual opportunity.

Easily compare supplier quotes.

Keeping all my supplier info in one place, including audits, certifications, capabilities, etc..

My suppliers easy ability to see what they have quoted and what they need to quote.

If I need a new supplier, MESH database is readily available for me.

It is SO easy to learn...easily within the first day you can build and send RFP's. I know this because we have done it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
