**What do you like best about meritt.?**

The video interviews were a HUGE time saver for me in terms of screening. Typically, you can get a really good feel for someone within the first 10 seconds, and rather than having to sift through CVs, I got to run that exercise across hundreds of candidates very (very) quickly.

**What do you dislike about meritt.?**

It's early days, but nothing to dislike about it thus far. I screened 50 candidates in less than an hour... interviewed the candidate I liked the most - made a hire 2 weeks later.

**What problems is meritt. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to hire. I don't have time or willingness to screen hundreds of candidates. merrit gave me the ability to do that almost instantly.
