"Great Experience Building our Companies first Mobile App"

My company wanted to create an app to help differentiate us in the market place. Having met with Merit on AX 2012 potential partnership that did not materialize we learned that they had an area of expertise in App development we do not have on staff. What do you like best about Merit Solutions?

I like the 1:1 interaction with the developers and the project managers/account managers. I find that frequent check point meetings are beneficial for all project members. I have developed a very strong working relationship with most of the Merit team supporting our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Merit Solutions?

Global coverage could be better. US based companies relying on European support teams leaves a very big gap and we have struggled with finding the balance for continuous seamless support. There is only one senior support person in the US that is an AX expert and when he leaves, the gap widens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ensure you are adequately covered for project management tasks and deliverables. Set written expectations, (they will meet or exceed them), above all, support your integration partners. United Way of Greater Cleveland not only uses Microsoft Dynamics (gp) for their internal accounting, but we are also a Cleveland-based service bureau providing fee-based accounting services to not-for-profit agencies in Ohio. By taking advantage of the services provided by United Way of Greater Cleveland our partner agencies can focus on their day-to-day activities serving our community without worrying about such matters as the accuracy and efficiency of their accounting system.
