Having met with Merit on AX 2012 potential partnership that did not materialize we learned that they had an area of expertise in App development we do not have on staff. After 3 very productive sprints we are about to release our first app. **What do you like best about Merit Solutions?** Working with the dev team assigned to us has been a very good experience. Looking forward to the release of our app and seeing what future additions can be made. Communication with our dev team has been outstanding as well as their work. **What do you dislike about Merit Solutions?** I checked purpose below because there was no selection for what we engaged Merit. Other than that nothing negative. ### 2. I find that frequent check point meetings are beneficial for all project members. I have developed a very strong working relationship with most of the Merit team supporting our company. **What do you dislike about Merit Solutions?** Global coverage could be better. US based companies relying on European support teams leaves a very big gap and we have struggled with finding the balance for continuous seamless support. There is only one senior support person in the US that is an AX expert and when he leaves, the gap widens. **Recommendations to others considering Merit Solutions:** Ensure you are adequately covered for project management tasks and deliverables. Set written expectations, (they will meet or exceed them), above all, support your integration partners. You have asked them to help you, be willing to listen, negotiate and adjust as needed to make your projects successful. ### 3. As well as troubleshooting performance issues in said App/Database. **What do you like best about Merit Solutions?** Easy to work with and rapid availability. Expertise in work to be done. **What do you dislike about Merit Solutions?** May be unique to our situation, but it would be great to see our consultants take on more of the "project lead" kind of role because we have so little expertise in the work being done. **Recommendations to others considering Merit Solutions:** Ensure everyone on your side of the house is bought into the project goal. ### 4. I have never been disappointed by Merit Solutions. **What do you dislike about Merit Solutions?** I have never had a bad experience with Merit and have no dislikes. **Recommendations to others considering Merit Solutions:** Merit Solutions professionalism and expertise made all of our projects run smoothly and were completed on time. **What problems is Merit Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** United Way of Greater Cleveland not only uses Microsoft Dynamics (gp) for their internal accounting, but we are also a Cleveland-based service bureau providing fee-based accounting services to not-for-profit agencies in Ohio.
