User friendly interface for both end user and staff, product line updates are efficient and in real time, integrates with most, if not all, core systems. Advanced decisioning is below competitors, report customization does not have the ability to capture all fields, ratio calculations are not simplified which cause confusion in a lending department. There are no "recommended/default" settings for products based on super user or peer asset size making projects longer to launch. Some integrations (GAP, MBI,, debt protection) are not always accurate and often times classified as vendor error with no clear direction on solution.
