Once you get used to it, you can easily and quickly enter working time and expenses and download/view old wage slips. It also has provision for a large range of activities, though we only use a small percentage of these. The helpline is answered promptly and email are answered fairly quickly, with issues resolved efficiently. No As it has large functionality, you do need to be taught how to find certain options yet this is nullified somewhat by the recent upgrade, which gives a set of guides on the home page which cover all regular tasks. For me the expenses email has not been received, despite contacting support, yet I know what I'm receiving by checking the workflow is completed, which is easy enough.
