Many of the basics pod merch like t-shirts or hoodies is made in US, the shipping address is Texas. They had good coverage & shipping time from their Vietnam-based products. The only problem is with EU shipping, but everyone is getting trouble shipping to the EU. Their customer support is supportive but might need more English to be helpful. Integrations are smooth but requiring reading document (for Shopify). I had orders daily, and I did not need to do a thing. And it's easy to just import custom orders I got from Facebook page or some bundle orders **What do you dislike about Merchize?** The whole process is different than other print on demand providers, and require some learning. **What problems is Merchize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Merchize helped me realizing my design directly onto a diverse range of products from apparel to home decors ### 2. It's super easy to start your own business with them without any upfront costs – literally just a few clicks to connect to your store. And seriously, their customer service is top-notch; every time I've called, I've talked to someone so kind and patient. It integrates with practically any platform too, which is a huge plus. And honestly, their customer service is a lifesaver. I've always had positive experiences, talking to really kind and patient folks whenever I've run into an issue. **What do you dislike about Merchize?** The system may take some time to get used to for first-time users. Also, wooden items and custom-shaped products are not yet produced in the US, which might be a limitation for sellers focusing on fast domestic fulfillment. **What problems is Merchize solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest advantages is their dedicated and responsive support team — they are always willing to guide me through every step, from setting up products to handling orders. This level of support makes the whole experience much smoother, especially when you're just starting out. ### 3.
