Merchant Advantage makes scheduled feeds a breeze **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Adam J. | Guitarist / Songwriter, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2018 **What do you like best about MerchantAdvantage?** MA allows our company to send product feeds to all of our shopping engines, as well as feeding our review platform and our search platform. It easy to set up and since we are a total hands on company, we needs some feeds to run several times throughout the work day. MA makes this easy to schedule and easy to set up. It also allows us to trigger certain items to either be included, or not be included depending on what our needs are. **What do you dislike about MerchantAdvantage?** the interface is still a little clunky, not quite up to today's standards, but once you get used to it, it's a breeze. initial set up was a little quirky as well, having to tune the initial feed files so that MA could read and process them, again once done the first time, haven't needed to do so again. **Recommendations to others considering MerchantAdvantage:** If you require a software to help automate product feeds, Merchant Advantage is a great product. It's not super expensive, and it gets the job done. Support is great and always get back to you super fast. the guys in support know their software and know their business. Try it! **What problems is MerchantAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we are an online retailer, we needed to send product feeds to shopping engines, this was the first reason we started using MA. our products changte daily, and sometimes throughout the day, so we wanted to find something that we could use to automate the process. MA handles this for us. We realized after starting to use it, that we could update our onsite product search software much easier using MA, rather than trying to try and remember to upload a feed every time a product description or price changes, now we can run this every hour and not have to worry about it because it's fully automated. ### 2.
