**What do you like best about Mercer | Comptryx?**

I originally liked Mercer for the data avaliable. So much data in all countries we are located. All different types of benchmarking to compare it to, job level / company level (i.e. Sas, fintech etc) / location / pay grades.

**What do you dislike about Mercer | Comptryx?**

It required us to put in so much work. It needed so many details that we felt didn't matter to the information that would be provided back to us. It was too much.

**What problems is Mercer | Comptryx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mercer originally helped us gather information on benchmarking for our employees in all countries salary based on global data.
