The UI is really great and the leadership team is lovely, creating a feeling that you're part of a club you want to be in. I also appreciate learning new layers about the people we work with, creating a reminder of how connected we are. The scheduling and coordination features are particularly useful, integrating well into our day and making things hassle-free. I wish that there were more mentees on the platform.
