Review meetings provide an opportunity for the team member to have time with their reviewer: To discuss their performance and development. It is so good

Sometimes it creates problem when it comes like surprise

**What do you like best about MeetingReview?**

The fact that I have one place in which I can find meeting locations with genuine review from people who have experienced the locations. I didn't find any other site which is so complete. 

The star system is really intuitive(is that an english word?), I like that very much. The pictures of the locations are really good, at least the ones I saw. 

**What do you dislike about MeetingReview?**

The interface is a little bit outdated. Leave the little bit.......

I would like more reviews. 

**What problems is MeetingReview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple, a few examples:

One a year I like to have a creative session with the whole team. I don't want to go to the same place every year. Meeting review helps me a lot.

I have a lot of one-one meeting regarding the harbour of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. I like to have these in harbour-related locations.

I don't have a office at home, somethimes when I need to concentrate I like to rent a locations to work alone. I like to change locations.
