What I like best:

What I dislike:

MedStack Control makes it very easy to view all of your clusters in a single space. It allows for easily accessing and working with these clusters, along with managing their Docker containers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've run into some issues when using the shell for docker service containers. Specifically, if I have a multi-line script that I would like to run in the shell in MedStack, I've found that the line breaks often don't parse well when the script is being pasted in. There was a slight adjustment period for using the MedStack system that houses our project code, but after that transition period it is fairly easy to adjust and did not delay tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Completely streamlines the complex compliance and security offering that allows you to focus on your core competencies and key differentiators. The beautiful part is that the MedStack offering works during your early go-to-market cycles and scales with the venture. The technical infrastructure is sound, but the real differentiator is the wrap-around services that help guide you through the compliance and regulatory review process when working with large enterprises. The MedStack solution addresses a huge pain point around healthcare privacy and security compliance, which is a mandatory requirement for all tech companies operating in the healthcare industry. Since MedStack is built on top of existing cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS, system administrators may not have full control of certain parts of their hosting infrastructure. This is in part by design so that the compliance requirements can be met, however it can be an incovenience if their customer wants to use more services from the cloud - in that case, the MedStack collaborates with that client to make those services available or help find alternate options without compromising privacy and security. * We managed to get our product from idea to live, fully PHIPA compliant, within 6 months. It would have been impossible without the platform.

* Their onboarding process, as well as their technical support, is excellent.

I love everything about MedStack. But if there is one area that could be improved slightly:

* The platform uses Microsoft Azure underneath the hood. The pricing model is a little bit opaque, and I am never sure exactly how much we will pay per month. The costs are seemingly just pass-through costs to Microsoft, but it would be nice to have a more detailed breakdown of the costs associated with multiple db, nodes etc.

* It would be good to be able to use Azure Credits. Most developers have access to some Azure credit one way or another, and we cannot leverage them with MedStack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of MedStack's implementation is still in the early stages, presenting challenges at the last mile; LoadBalancer software is a black box, cloud hosting is exclusively on MS Azure, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
