MedeAnalytics is best for healthcare providers and payers as they get innovative solutions via the platform. The integration with AI extensions for accurate analytics is also a fruitful part for companies. **What do you dislike about MedeAnalytics?** MedeAnalysis would be great if the user-friendly interface environment would be improved to make its users simply navigate around it **What problems is MedeAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product has a really good support system as any problem detected by its user is instantly solved by the support team hence offering the best customer service. The APIs are a game changer providing us with insights that increase our operations. There are many issues and lack of user friendly environment. **What do you dislike about MedeAnalytics?** MedeAnalytics does not provide well defined healthcare data insights there are an areas of concern worth mentioning. The benchmarking feature lacks to guide users better. It provides reporting and analytics capabilities generating client reports is time consuming due to an user compilation process. **What problems is MedeAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It aims to assist both providers and payers in making business decisions there is need of some improvements in ensuring synchronization, between the two parties to avoid potential miscommunication and inefficiencies. It helped us get all the relavant information like patient and doctor synopsis, details of patients criticality, behaviours, etc to understand and manage the data. **What do you dislike about MedeAnalytics?** We have not integrated Mede analytcis with the relavant tools hence don't know about how it works or not. But we have used APIs of it and it felt like we have made a mistake by collecting the data through their APIs. **What problems is MedeAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mede analytics is helping businesses to understand the medical and healthcare data readily available to users, with 100% accuracy.
