## About Measure
As of February 2026, Maple Billing is now Measure. Measure connects contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and commissions in one system. When a contract changes, the invoice updates, the revenue schedule recalculates, and the commission posts. One action. Everything downstream moves with it. Most billing tools handle one piece of the revenue cycle. Measure handles all of it without the spreadsheets, the reconciliation, or the six-month implementation. CEOs and founders: Know your MRR, active customers, and revenue the moment a deal closes. No waiting for finance to reconcile three systems at month-end. The number you see is the number you can trust. Sales: Build quotes, collect signatures, and trigger invoices from one place.   ### 1. Very adaptable pricing models and great founding team!

**What do you like best about Measure?**

We have been early customers of Maple and have loved working with their founding team. The product is very intuitive and adaptible to many different pricing options. The best part is it ties those pricing options easily into the contracting and subription workflow and process very well.

Contract template builder works well and populates the pricing table into the contract to be sent to the customer. 

So far so good!

**What do you dislike about Measure?**

It can be a little confusing learning teh product at frist to undertand the order of operations when it comes to which processes need to be setup first for each new client.

**What problems is Measure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maples solves our need to create adaptaple pricing options for our client that are customized to each client without being overly complicated and reliant on a cumbersome AR/AP process.

Integration was easy, fast and pain free. Whenever there was an issue the team was there to help and advise.

**What do you dislike about Measure?**

Maple is scaling, not everything is ready but most things are. Example here is their connector for data warehouses, which they are already working on!

**What do you like best about Measure?**

Maple is a very flexible billing engine that allowed us to easily support multiple GTM motions in the Cloud and our Self-Hosted Offering.

The team is also fantastic-- they're domain experts and are very responsive to issues!

**What do you dislike about Measure?**

Maple is great and functional, but I'd love an upgrade to the platform's aesthetics.

**What problems is Measure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maple is helping us with Subscription Billing for our Cloud and Self-Hosted Offerings. Their system is flexible enough to support both models easily.

We were using multiple products to bill our customers and this was getting increasingly complicated as our customers were spread across multiple countries. The team at maple was very helpful at helping us streamline all this and manage all contracting and billing.

**What do you like best about Measure?**

- We were able to provide custom pricing for larger customers and experiment with gradient and volume pricing

- Maple allowed us to move away from Baremetrics for subscription reporting and DocuSign for customer contract signing

-The stripe sync feature made the move to Maple pretty seamless

- The Maple team joined our slack as guests and were always highly responsive to our support requests

**What do you dislike about Measure?**

- Creating contract templates was a little complicated, but only needed to be set up at the beginning

- The pricing module is very flexible, but the flow could use some improvement to make it less confusing

**What problems is Measure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an early-stage company engaging with customers of different sizes, we need the ability to offer custom prices and billing options that work best for our customers. We also need these custom pricing options to be reflected accurately in our subscription metrics.

Maple helped us bring customers on faster by allowing us to create custom prices quickly and get customers to sign off on the contracts all in one place.

**What do you like best about Measure?**

We're an AI based product and we were originally seat based. Because we're using certain APIs that are also credit based, we wanted to offer our users a credit based system as well to make pricing more simplified. You pay for what you use! 

Maple makes it super easy to deliver credit based billing across a variety of user types and features. We're able to easily integrate Maple and charge how we want on any feature. Would highly recommend!

Documentation isn't all there yet, but they're adding features quickly!

**What problems is Measure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted credit based billing and had a hard time integrating it. Maple makes it easy.
