Works good with SFDC, no lags found. Have good option for detailed reports.

Not as of now after using it for 6 months.

Outgoing and Incoming calls for our real estate customers.

**What do you like best about MCUBE IVRS?**

Well first of all having an IVRS in company is mandatory. Mcube IVRS offers that solution with many features like Round robin system. recoding of all calls is best to imporve call pitches.

**What do you dislike about MCUBE IVRS?**

Well old version was bit tricky to handle reports but after upgrade to mcube 2.0 it became easier. so overall not nothing to dislike.
yes costing could be a problem because it is chargable per user base.

**What problems is MCUBE IVRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well having multiple support team needs a proper calling routing system. so mcube is solving that type of problems. we dont need to focue on one setup. By mcube we just have multiple support IVR number and they automaticlly gets diverted to specific department.
