What Maximizer has giving us is beyond the basic for the sales automation, it allows us to set up mini workflows that trigger follow-up tasks automatically as the deal moves through the pipeline. This ensures our sales reps will never miss a touchpoint. Additionally, the lead scoring features with IQ boost AI assistant is excellent, it will analyzes client engagement and signals us when a prospect is warm-up so we can spend our time on promising leads that can convert to sales. Easy integration with Microsoft Outlook to create new account and tasks directly from a Outlook email with one click. For implementation, we are able to import our entire database and customize our sales stages in less than two weeks, all is done in-house as their setup is easy to implement. Plus, the customer support is highly specialized in this market, the have a team that understand specific industries like our software house company, which make their solution and advice is more practical with our need. We know and happy with their reporting and analytics report that is impactful, but the dashboard design is feel too messy and unorganized to create highly customized charts, we need to create it directly from the pre-built template to save the time from creating it from zero. Other than that, marketing automation features is functional, but it is quite basic for a simple marketing campaign that can only be use for sending emails without complex workflow.
