**What do you like best about MAXDigital?**

I like the vin decoding option instead of having to manually put in the vin number.

**What do you dislike about MAXDigital?**

I am not a big fan of the firstlook platform you use with this product. I could never sync the pictures to the vehicles. When you take the photos of the car it does not link to the website. Not sure if I was doing it right but customer service could never help me either.

**Recommendations to others considering MAXDigital:**

Get to know the product and have the company train you on how to use it.

**What problems is MAXDigital solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major benefits would only be that I could see the value of the vehicle before it was actually appraised by the manager. This helped me close deals better.

**What do you like best about MAXDigital?**

Real time market data, all in one marketing tool for New and pre-owned vehicle sales. This dealer product is fantastic as well providing customers with confirmation and realization of value.  The mobile tool is also an excellent appraisal tool, it has made my life easier to do my job. 

**What do you dislike about MAXDigital?**

Their mobile tool could use additional ferreting to ensure stability.  ***EDIT - they have updated their mobile took to work very smoothly now, very happy with the smooth integration and access to carfax reports. 

**Recommendations to others considering MAXDigital:**

customer service and response is a strong point for this company, they work hard to keep you thrilled. 

**What problems is MAXDigital solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushing photos, overlays, product data and accurate marketable pricing to lead providers.  they also work with other vendors to create custom content will manually push data for you when needed.
